I am flabbergasted at how many negative reviews are on here! Ive ordered twice, and twice i have been satisfied! The heels/Boots fit true to size and are well made. The material feels quality and i love their designs. Even the packaging is better than most popular online shoe retailers. I ordered on a thursday using the standard delivery option, and my boots arrived the next day! 5 stars from me.

Shoes are great quality especially for the price. Their Instagram is a wonderful tool for choosing new styles. I recently order a few pairs and had to return 2 of them as they were far too big, but I did order the same shoes again in a smaller size as They were beautiful. I have been staying in the USA and received and returned them from there. Shipping to USA was very fast. Returning them unfortunately was expensive and I encounter some issues with the parcel being accepted back, but they responded in a timely matter and the problem was eventually resolved. I will continue to shop with it as I love the styles even though I know returning them isn't cost effective. I just hope their shoes stay true to size so I don't have to! Thank you for your customer service and help.

I came across joyshoetique while watching youtube videos. I saw many good comments about the website, so I went to check it out for myself! The website was very easy to go through and navigate. When I ordered the first time, it sweaters! It came in less than three weeks and the quality was amazing! I got many compliments on it! The second time I bought my teddy coat which is one of my favorite items I ever bought and it even got delivered to me faster (one and a half week)! You get great items for low prices: what a steal!
