Never received order confirmation and contacting them was complicated to impossible for no reply back. Multiple attempts with no success. Weeks after order the shoes came with still no order confirm or shipping confirm. Order was doubled and after multiple attempts to contact finally received address to return entire order since it was such low quality and wrong size. Will have to wait and see whether getting a refund proves as difficult.

My order was for 2 different pairs of shoes. After I placed my order, 1 pair wasn't available.

Although I didn't receive a notice of shipping, I received my heater when I expected it to arrive. Works great.

It was ok just wish the sipping updates were better and give accurate details of when it will arrive.

For the size I ordered, they do not do the job. They do not go up high enough

Absolutely terrible business. They lost one of my items that I PAID for and refused to give me a refund, just said it's not available anymore. Instead of offering me an apology and a refund, they asked that I choose another item. Which I did, but they did not read my email properly and now that item is gone again too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The items that arrived smelled like cheap glue. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

I'm not sure what went wrong but my shoes ordered will never fit.

I expected the coupon to be good it only took 5 $ off my purchase and I bought more than 4 items but the clothes looks good

Absolutely shocking company. Does not tell you when ordering that it's coming from abroad and will take weeks to arrive. The item when eventually arrived was of very poor quality and when i sent it back the postage cost me £12.75 to return and then I get told they will not reimburse me for that and each time I try to talk to someone online they keep ending the chat so I can not talk to anyone. Absolute joke of a company
