Johnson strings sell Bobelock violin cases at a good price. You pay. They ship (for a reasonable fee). With tracking number (good). At reasonable speed (also good), albeit not as fast as Amazon would. Not much else to review here.
The only thing was an order I made on a out of stock item was not indicated as ordered on the packing slip/invoice. I called the company and was assured it was ordered, would take a while since coming from Russia. But it would have been more reassuring if some kind of info would have been included with the rest of my order to this effect. Otherwise, I really didn't know if it had been ordered or not. The person who took my call was very polite and helpful in clearing up my question. Thank you.

We've been customers at Johnson's for years, they are always very helpful at the store, online ordering was easy and fast.
Item was exactly as expected. It was shipped quickly and arrived very securely packaged both on the outside and inside. The item itself, a viola stand, was simple enough to put together and came with all required parts. Definitely would consider this site again for any stringed instrument needs.
The D string I ordered was not in good condition. It was the second time that I got a bad string for Johnson.
