Shipped quickly and exactly what I was expecting. Satisfied return customer. It's always good when a transaction doesn't have any surprises.

Order was delivered in instrument shaped box with lots of tape and thought it would be a mess! Not so! Item was in tact with lots of bubble wrap inside. Was pleasantly surprised that it was fully tuned too!

Purchased my first Uke and very pleased with the item, price and service. The whole process took less than 5 days and went without any issues. My new Uke was even delivered to my home as I live close to the arranged " pick up" location! A 5 star experience. 👍

My order for a Sound Smith Chord Chart Ukulele Strap - despite the Cyber Season CRUSH - was promptly processed and delivered. The product was very high quality strap material. The chord diagrams on the strap are Black with BLUE finger designations (a very pleasant surprise), and quite readable - as I had hoped. It looks really great on my Sound Smith 6-string ukulele that I bought from Sound Smith last May.

Shannon was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question or requested something.
The order went smoothly, made a website a personalized experience and shipping was quick. My instrument is great.

I purchased a tenor songbird about a year ago and have been very pleased with the tone, action and the beautiful wood work. I just received the new concert songbird today and once again I love the sound, beautiful wood and action. However, and this is a nit, in the pictures they show five side neck inlays. But there's only one at the fifth fret. I had the same nit with the tenor when I received it. Please change the pictures to what to show what you actually get. Thanks

This is my second uke from SoundSmith, I love also my previous one, a longneck pineapple soprano with solid acacia top - which one I had provided with an external pickup and sounds perfect.

My husband ordered this Ukulele for me as a Christmas present. It was packaged very well and delivered fast. When I took it out of the box, very little tuning needed. It sounds amazing and is a beautiful instrument. Great experience with SoundSmith!

I had just gotten finished with a Ukulele Moonshiner gig and I popped the G and C string on my Sound Smith Electric Hollow Body Steel String Electric Ukulele w/ low G. (They are special strings that don't come in a set) I needed new strings in a hurry and contacted Shannon. She found what I needed and got them out the next day. THANKS SHANNON! I regret selling my "National" ukulele years ago, the Sound Smith resophonic wood concert is darn good! I tune my ukes as Mandolas, necessary string change, they also have a much lower sound which I prefer. Hah, I'm a bass player since 1964 but I love ukes and sitting at home at 80 years old they sure are fun to play. I will get the plated silver tenor next, probably more comfortable. Shannon Smith is a good player and a good shop... thank you, I'll be back

This my 2nd purchase from Soundsmith. I got it as the ukulele of the day and can't be happier with my new uke. I have several ukulele and this is already becoming my favorite. Sounds great and is easy to play.

Very satisfied with the instrument especially at the price point.
The bridge needed to be adjusted because the intonation was pulling sharp, but it was an easy adjustment for someone who knows how to do it.
I did it myself. I did not have to take it to a Luther. It's a really nice looking ukelele and plays very nice especially for a $300.00 instrument. Very happy with it.

I ordered my ukulele on line. The site was clear and easy to navigate. My ukulele arrived by courier exactly a week later. Pretty good, for a delivery half way around the world! And this little uke is brilliant. A lovely instrument.

My first purchase was a spalted maple concert ukulele. I was able to choose the ukulele wood grain that I wanted from several photos that Shannon sent to me. Customer satisfaction seems paramount to this company. On my second purchase of a longneck pineapple ukulele I asked for low g tuning and was accommodated. When a very small scratch was found I was given the choice of receiving a percentage off or a different ukulele. I love SoundSmith!

I love this baritone ukulele looks great sounds great and I like that I can play plugged or unplugged. I am still experimenting with different amps for the best sound. I may get some lighter gage strings a little nicer for old finger joints. I am hunting for a padded gig bag or hard case the gig bag provided is pretty thin. The finish on the uke is beautiful and want to keep it looking good. I had a hard time picking which color and the three colors are all nice but the RED is striking. Definitely worth the money.
Also I like this family owned business they care about their product and customers. Thank you Sound Smith.
