Best communication with a business via website I've ever had! Moved out of the North East and still use JSI for its service and value.

I shop at Johnson Strings online since I leave close to the 'other ocean' in NW Washington state. Their prices are competitive with other online dealers, their sales are excellent, and when I have called with questions, they are most helpful and kind. They also carry materials not listed on other string supplier websites. I have told other people where I live about Johnson Strings.

I was even informed of a change in materials (CD no longer included, just an audio via website link); very thorough company.

It was easy to renew violin online. Quick, easy instructions, and was glad to do it on a Saturday from my computer.

First impression is great. Good materials, comes with a 3 year warranty for any faulty materials, but I dont think this will happen. Fit over my bam high tech contoured case perfectly. I can feel comfortable walking to school with my instrument in really cold temperatures now.

Johnsons provides both Great service and products! It is a wonderful resource and I'll continue to take advantage of their expertise!

Really love the earrings - perfect size, very nicely made... will order more in future. Just a quick note - I think you should change the description to "semiquaver earrings"

Gewa cello case is really sturdy construction and the chat service was very useful for me. And the best thing was its amazing price!
Now I can take my cello to my country safely.

Johnson String Instruments has a wide inventory of string-related supplies, some that are difficult to find on other websites. Plus they have very competitive pricing and excellent shipping and service. A wonderful combination of strengths!

Loving my new Bam scuba hoodie. I didnt realize that the zipper on this one is coated to prevent water from seeping inside. Added bonus! I think this will add more protection than the quilted one. Very happy with this purchase

JohnsonString is the best source out there for specialty strings (such as strings for my viola da gamba, and other stringed instrument accessories. They also have good prices and excellent service. Way to go, JohnsonString!
