I am giving a 3 due to lost package. Joancee has been great with trying to get the ring replaced but shoukd possibly find another way to ship then. I order my wife's ring on July 17th and as of today August 18th we still have not received the ring. It was shipped through DHL and was sent to the postal service in August 4th but no updates at all.

Ordered the ring I had envisioned and then realized it was shipping from China, and then I more or less gave up on ever receiving the ring. But it arrived! Within the identified time frame! And it actually is silver! And it looks great! Very satisfied!

Ring is really nice after waiting on it for about 5 weeks said in stock delivery in a few days was in stock in China because that is where it shipped from and took about 5 weeks to receive.
Really Easy to place order, shipping didn't take very long, and the rings are beautiful. Packaging was also a nice touch. I don't know if it is possible to do this any differently, but it wasn't very easy to track shipping. The shipping wasn't a big deal though because it did not take very long for the package to arrive.
