If I could rate zero I would. After ordering my ring it took forever. More so I paid the extra $25 for expedited service and guess what, I got my ring as the regular shipping which I thought was a ripoff. I contacted customer service and a lady by the name of Ivy kept telling me and sending me links to track my order and was not addressed the issue which was payment for expedited service and mailing as a regular shipping. I eventually had to contact my credit card company to get my money back and on the same day, Ivy sent an email saying they would refund the $25 which I am still waiting on even though she saids she has refunded the $25. From my experience with this company, please stay away from them and if you are going to order, please do the regular shipping because even when you pay for expedited, you will still receive your items in the form of regular shipping. Me personally, I am done doing business with them

The processing and shipping time are exact if not longer. They fail to say it will take the whole 12 days of processing time and the whole time of whatever shipping method you chose. I almost thought it was a scam.
