I had no follow up communication from Joancee. I wrote to them and finally had PayPal cancel a repurchase due to them telling me I had to finalize my order. Wrong. The company had already been paid. Finally received my purchase two weeks after originally told it would be delivered. Beautiful ring but I wouldn't use this company again.

They ring quality was very nice...I paid extra for 3 day shipping placed order on 7/27/2023.I received the ring 8/16 or 17...10 days or more after it shipped. I understand it might have needed to be made so the couple weeks it took to even ship.I understood but even though it didn't say anything about the product I ordered but 10 days to arrive when i paid extra for 3 day shipping

My first order was great but then I placed another order and to this day I have never received it, I don't recommend it at all.

My wife has gained a little weight and her fingers swell really bad. We have had her wedding band and engagement ring resized twice. Since doing this she has lost numerous diamonds and the company that replaces the diamonds said they will not replace anymore lost diamonds. When I saw this ring it looked as gorgeous as hers. She bought and using a prop ring that was turning her finger green. As soon as she saw this ring she yelled at me for spend a fortune on it. I told her the truth on how much I spent. She said loved it and gave me a kiss.

It took some time to arrive but it was worth the wait. My birthstone ring(peridot with pink sapphires) is absolutely gorgeous, excellent quality. I will definitely order from this company again. 5 stars

Originally I was not given my correct discount,then offered a lower one, I had to consider cancelling my order to be threatened that I would only get half of my money back and then to get my product, it is small in compareson to other rings I have that same size, and the quality is not good.

I really love this place i got my ring on time it will take a little bit for them to make sure it is perfect for you. But the wait time is worth it. I dont think i would have found a better place for my rings. Thank you so much will be ordering through them for all my jewelry.

Shipping was faster then expected! I will be a repeat customer!

I paid 25 dollars to get it shipped within 3 working days. I didn't get it in 3 working days once it shipped. I had to email back and forth with a customer service rep for a few days before they finally said they'd refund the 25 dollars. It took about 15 days to get the ring. The tracking info didn't update for 6 days at one point. Think they have some kinks to work out but overall I'd buy again just wouldn't pay extra for shipping. The ring I got is gorgeous. Just know when you order it does take awhile to receive your order.

When you order, the production of the item will start a day or two after for about a week before shipping

I've never ordered from your company before I was not aware that the stones in your rings were so large, My hands are very small and the stone looks so out of place on my hand. Now your company wants me to send a picture of the ring. I tried and cannot help it if you didn't receive the picture.

My wife loved the ring I ordered from your company. I have already purchased another one for her. Great job.
