There isn't a telephone number to contact them at, nor do they respond to your chat/email inquiries in a timely fashion if at all. There was a charge made on my card in which they took $224.90 off due to my card being used in error, and I immediately tried to contact them when I saw this charge to tell them to cancel that order and please refund my money... their only response was that they would track my order. My request was to cancel and refund my money... however it was crickets after that and I hear no more from them. This company is bogus and they are trying to run a scam of some sort. Please make sure that if you have a need for jewelry, go to a more reputable site like Blue Nile, where they actually have customer service tel number and will assist you in the best way.
I am currently disputing this charge due to the fact that they did not want to handle this in the best way. I have been patient, but not when I have bills to pay... I do not have money to throw away

The rings were fine quality just arrived unexpectedly without any confirmation that it was shipped and no tracking for the order.

The ring I purchased is absolutely gorgeous! And I'm glad that I did purchase it. With that being said, The only downside is shipping. It took at least three weeks maybe four weeks. And it's hard to figure out how to track your order and at one point I could not track my package for over a week. So products are great shipping is very disappointing.

Shipping took a little longer than I would like. But when it arrived, it was so beautifully packed and really mirrored my real ring. You can't even tell the difference. I love it.

I hope it dont turn my finger green in time. All the rings posted are beautiful. It's just my fingers are so sensitive an in time if it's not real it turns green.

It was easy shopping but hard to choose from. Everything looked beautiful. The only complaint is how tiny the name engraving is on the ring. You can barely see it.
