Need to clarify that even tho you pay for expedited shipping does not mean you'll get it in that timeframe. I still waited almost a month. I expedited the purchase to have for an upcoming function that I was unable to have it for. Other than that the product is absolutely beautiful.

I loved the picture they had on the website, I paid extra so I could get it in 2 days it took almost 2 months for it to come and even though the packaging was nice the ring was not what I expected. In the picture it looked like it had more diamonds but it did need not.

I have a diamond ring with a checkerboard pattern, but I'll lose 3 - 4 diamonds a year that need to be replaced. I bought this ring so that I can wear in when I'm wearing jackets etc, overcoats, things that the diamonds might get snagged on, and I have no issues with this. It's beautiful too!

My fiance ordered my ring on 6/28 they processed his payment. But we've never received anything else. No order confirmation, no tracking information etc... He literally has no information other than the payment coming out of his bank account through PayPal

The ring I received is beautiful. The shipping time was awful! There was no update for days at a time and the response from the customer service rep was extremely delayed as well.
