Can't read engraving, so small. Otherwise, ring looked as advertised.

Extremely unhappy I pad for faster shipping it took a lot longer than what I paid for. The ring has already faded. Not happy at all

I like the look of the rings on my hands. And I've gotten compliments about the rings. Although it took almost a month to receive them.

Long shipping but worth the wait, I will be shopping with them again

I feel that the manufacturing time should be added in the actual estimated delivery date at check out. It's very confusing that it's almost a month after when you pay extra for express shipping that you receive your items. The rings are beautifully crafted though and I love them

My bridal set from Joancee was absolutely beautiful. Shipping took a little long, but I also got a customized order so I'm pretty sure that's why

Very prompt service with ordering and the delivery! I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered especially since it was from such a distance. They definitely have their processing system right!. I just wish there was a pendant to match!/ or that the ring also came in a yellow gold option. Thank you!

Bought a ring...turned out to be as good as advertised.

The ring I ordered was beautiful just like pictures. The engraving was tiny put exactly what I ordered. It was a week longer wait to receive my ring but that is probably due to the engraving. I'm going to order from here again.

The ring was beautiful however, it was missing a stone in the corner.

This store is overall just a 1 star. Their customer service is horrible and their delivery time is horrible. I payed extra for shipping and it didn't change it at all, it still would've taken two weeks. They finally emailed me back 2 weeks later saying they don't have the ring I tried to order. Never ordering here again.
