Happy to know the ring is so beautiful and shipping came wonderful

I had trouble tracking the package with the numbers you first gave me. Then they told me 12 to 15 days. It took 27 days to get. Then you guys don't even know when I did get it. Poor poor logistic.

Beautiful rings, hard to choose which one to buy. The ring I chose is larger then i usually wear, but it's beautiful. I've lost weight and my current wedding is to big. This one fit perfect.

Slow shipping after paying expedited shipping fee and when product finally came in it was nothing like the picture I was very disappointed with product

The store is not a good company to get products from. I ordered 4 rings on 3/29/2023 and it was 14 days, so I inquired about the time frame of 7-12 days for delivery from the time of the order and customer service told a lie and said that it takes 20 days or more. If you check the website everything says 7-12 days. I was livid to go back and forth with this company and I am so glad I went through PayPal because they assisted me with this issue. It literally took them 30 days to send me the 4 items I purchased.

Before you get scare and think that it is a scam, just wait, is not, I thought it was because I never got updates information or a tracking number but yeah, I did get my ring a month later after I bought it!

Joancee has absolutely beautiful jewerly, however customer service was horrible. It took forever for them to get back to me, but legal action had to be threatened first.

The service was terrible but I love my product. They need to do better with communicating the time when your product will be shipped to you as well as a shipping confirmation, I shouldn't have to contact customer service to find out when I will receive my product.

They are a scam. I ordered my costume jewelry almost a month ago. Paid 3 day shipping. Still have not received item. Contacted bank for refund. I placed order on 03-06-2024 today is 03-27-2023.

This is my third time ordering, and I'm always pleased with the product. Not so pleased with the lack of communication after you order. The website says the items have an estimated production date on the item description page, but none of them do. So, after you order, you're not given any mound of estimated range of when your items might arrive. The items are fantastic when you get them, I just wish the production and shipping process were a little more transparent.
