Easy, took too long, might be because they were making it but I appreciate the ring and how it looks and the design

The ring is nice but it is not very comfortable to wear it rubs on the side of my fingers so I can't wear very long. But it is a pretty ring and it fits fine

I couldn't understand clearly the times of shipment, paid extra for having it for some date, arrived 2 weeks later, not clear what went wrong

I ordered my rings and I love them. I payed for express shipping, and it was suppose to be here with in 3 buisness days, it was not. But when it finally got here I love it!

I absolutely love the rings we purchased. Very beautiful! Now here is a tip...I chose express shipping for $25 USD it's supposed to be a 3 day delivery after it's shipped. However, you don't get it in 3 days. When I inquired about this issue I was sent an auto type of response that didn't get me anywhere. It took weeks after it was actually shipped to get it. I feel like the $25 should be refunded but I can't ever get in touch with an actual person. Other than the super slow shipping and not so great communication, the product itself is absolutely stunning It was worth waiting for however again I feel like it is a waste of your money to do the express shipping. With that being said, I would buy from Joancee again but I will not be paying the shipping fee for faster delivery. It leaves me to wonder though, had I NOT done express shipping how long would it have taken to get here?! With it I still waited about 3 weeks. Just remember if you need it in a rush it's not happening

I admit I was. A bit concerned at first. When. I downloaded the. Tracking all. Didn't. Understand it. So I patiently waited an my beautiful stunning ring arrived I don't know who love it more me or my husband lol

The wait time for the product itself took over a month and then proceeded to take 17 days to actually ship to me when I paid for the 3 day shipment time.

Very good will come back. And buy more ring i love all the rings just wish they had more GOLD RINGS.

Had I known, may not have purchased it. Not as pretty as shown.
