Good for the price. Personalized engraving could have been bigger

The earrings are beautiful and I have gotten many compliments. All want to know where they came from.

I never received my ring I was pretty hurt about it. No need to even try to get my money back or my ring because it's a lose lose situation it will just end up being my loss or my fault on why I didn't receive it, and nothing will be done. Just a loss on my part.

It took much longer than I expected and the process to track was time consuming and Unnecessarily long and repetitive. Finally deliver later than expected

The ring is beautiful, we will definitely order from Joanne again in the future

Received order but paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping was not met and did not receive it in the three days after receiving email of saying order has shipped.

Loved the sparkle in the ad. Wasn't sure if it would actually be that way in person. Very pleased. Really gorgeous design looks real and very high end. Very pleased.

Bough our ring on 3/8 and only got them on 3/30.

I paid for 3 day shipping it took 12 days. I did not know I was buying a ring from china.

Took a month for my ring to come in and two weeks after it shipped is when I got it. It's not so much the company but the shipping company. They have terrible tracking and they were way late! This ruined plans I had for the ring I bought! I am supposed to be refunded by Joancee but haven't been contacted about my full shipping refund!

Everything was great from start to finish! The order process was super easy and quick. Shipping seemed a bit long to me but they were right on schedule with the company's shipping policy.
