I ordered my wedding set for my wife and fell in love with the ring I found and my wife loved the ring as well couldn't be more happy and satisfied with my order

It was so easy to order, very hard to decide because they are all stunning. But I did choose, and I love it it's beautiful. I don't even think beautiful is the right word. I don't even know the word to describe it. Thank you so much! VVHenderson

So after placing a order and you guys taking my funds you guys ended up having me pay expedited shipping guarantees with in 3 days I did no problem several rings were purchased to be told 3 weeks later they are being made and to send money again after double checking with my bank and all that it was paid and they took the money and then I got a email from an ivy about they won't send my rings to resend money I got no problem sending money but the problem is where is the original funds that were taken? And when I reached out for assistance with info took 3 weeks to respond? To be told send money again or not getting my items I paid for ( with holding my paid items)

Sometimes they'll mess up a custom order and refuse to do anything about it, but after emailing back and forth, they'll send the correct order. So don't give up, they'll eventually send it to you. Takes a while though. Other than that, items are beautiful, great material, and well worth the price and sometimes the hassle.

I am unhappy that I can exchange my items due to personalization.

So far I am very happy! With the product but the shipping is slow and hard to understand.

It took awhile for me to get my product after it going through on my Visa. It is my first time ordering from Joancee and I was concerned I was scammed. But when I sent an email, they responded promptly, and then sent another email later asking if I had received my product yet. Great customer service. And my ring is absolutely beautiful! I love it, just wish the band on it was a bit wider!
I would purchase from them again, and recommend them as well!
