Like most customers, I purchased my dress (#*******) based primarily on the model representation. I was deeply dissatisfied when the actual item arrived. Had the sequins been present in your online representation, I would not have purchased the dress. Had I known how short the sleeves were (on the model they appeared close to full length), I would not have purchased the dress. You may refer me to the online written description for some of my complaints, which is fine. However, the photo misrepresents the actual item. It's the classic example of "bait and switch".
It's too late for me to return the dress. Even if I wanted to pay the pricey restocking and shipping fees – which I do not, choosing another dress and waiting for delivery would take more time than I have. So, you win. You've tricked me into making the purchase and have made it unfeasible financially for me to return it. You've also lost future business from me and hopefully anyone who reads this review.
PLEASE NOTE: After receiving this review, JJ's House edited the photo of the dress I ordered to include sequins. Wish I could give a zero rating.

Find JJ house randomly looking for couples of dresses for my wedding. Their web page is easy to navigate and show you all the different options on size and colors on the particular dress you interested they got a try at home option so you can see before buying hows the fitment is going to be I did this the first time and them after feeling more confident with their fitment I decide to do a custom to my size, the dress came on time, quality is excellent, materials are nice will recommend %

After confirmation, your order was placed on August 23 and shipped out on Sep 3. Then unfortunately, the first delivery was unsuccesful because the courier could hardly identify the original address. That's why we contacted to ask for a new one. We have been trying to re-ship the parcel but it might need some time for it to be returned to the sender first.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I often followed its path from China through the tracking service, which estimated a delivery by the 29th. On the 28th I checked again and the tracking website said it had been delivered on the 13th. I did not receive any delivery. I called customer service and they referred me to a certain delivery company. But when I called them, the tracking company answered. There is no way to contact the actual delivery company. They claimed the parcel was delivered and offered no help. Told me to call the vendor. Then the tracking website produced a picture of the parcel in front of my house. This is a gated community, very secure. I suspect that the driver stole the parcel after photographing it. It's the only possibility. I receive packages daily from Amazon and others with no problems.

Two of the three dresses I paid to try on were damaged. One was missing a belt and the other had a ripped sleeve button loop. The third dress was in beautiful shape ( the way I would have expected the quality of everything from a company who charged you to try on their clothing. So two didn't fit and the one that did was damaged.so I spent $33 for nothing. In response they offered me a coupon to get three more dresses to try on for free. But I don't trust the company's quality anymore and I didn't have time to wait for three more dresses to come. This is the only company I have ever paid to try on their products and I will never do it again. I found my dress at David's Brudal where I tried it on for free and ordered my change into outfit as the mother of the bride from Dillards and was able to try on three other top quality outfits for free and return them easily.
