JJ's House is the easiest company to work with, they're professional, efficient, prompt and have the most gorgeous dresses and accessories you could ever need. I've dealt with them for 3 different weddings and have exhausted them ordering dresses - lol. I found ones for 2 of the 3, however, due to my time issues, I had to go buy a gown for the 3rd one locally.
Their ordering and return policies are amazing and the process is so pleasant to deal with when faced with getting a gorgeous outfit. They have unique and beautifully styled dresses but most of all will make your whole ordering process the best!

I purchased a custom dress on 9/27/2023 and paid for expedited shipping. In a wedding on 10/17. Its been a nightmare trying to get this fulfilled! I've used online chat who make tickets. Then emails that ticket their dress makers who seems like they don't communicate with their online chat. I paid for expedited shipping. Not only did I receive an email stating they were on holiday for 3 days (should let people know on your website) they would suspend my order because their online chat and designers couldn't communicate. My order went out on 10/11 -12 days after I placed my order. Plus they didn't use expedited shipping like I paid for! Online expedited shipping is 4 days. Mine is now expected to come to me on 10/19 AFTER the wedding. So thank you I now need to scramble to find something by 10/17. Shame on me for not checking out your reviews first (not on this site).

As an alteration specialist in formalwear for over 40+ years I can say jj house offers a well made quality gown for a reasonable price.
The color and styles are endless and the customer service is great.
We have ordered several "tryon" dresses and swatchs for family members and found quick shipping and a great advantage to try ahead of online ordering. It offers a chance to try different styles, colors and check sizing right in the comfort of your own home.
For only a $10 charge a sample dress will be shipped to you for a full seven days before you take your prepaid box to a mailroom to be returned back to jj house. You can't wrong with a deal like that!

I purchased 4 dresses for holiday parties this year. They emailed asking if I was planning to "try and return" the dresses because they "make them from scratch" and do not operate that way. That is against their policy. I indicated that I would be trying them on and if they didn't fit properly, I would certainly be returning the ones that didn't work. They cancelled/denied my purchase and are refunding the entire purchase. I have never heard of such a thing! So, do not try to purchase more than 1 at a time if you plan to try on and return if it doesn't fit or work for you.

We have prepared both try-on dresses and full-price products that need to be made from scratch. If our customers just want to try the dresses to see how they fit, the try-on at-home program would be an ideal way, which is cheaper, faster to get and easier to return.
However, the full-price dresses are made-to-order to help reduce environmental waste and (to keep prices low for our customers). Also, according to our return policy, we charge restocking fees for each returned dress. So we may suggest our customers pick their most desired dresses to keep in their orders to save you money.

I was given a lot of different options to choose from to get the dress I wanted.
I did try on dresses and ended up doing a custom size of one of the dress I tried on which is so perfect and matches what I really wanted from the very beginning but I figured out I needed to try it on first to see if the design and cut looks good on me. I did reviews of each try on dresses and got points applied as credit to the custom size purchase I made. So overall experience is great!
