Very disappointed in the three dresses I ordered for the try before you buy. The dark red one came ripped in the back, had frayed strings and was missing the clasp on the back of the neck to close the dress. The navy dress was missing the clasp on the back of the neck as well. I couldn't even try on the black dress because it wreaked with stale cigarette smoke. How can you expect customers to purchase these dresses when they come in this condition. Very disappointing and it was a waste of $30.

Dresses are beautifully made but it takes too long. Also the try-on option is great! I wish JJ's house would allow more than 3 dresses as I was searching for a dress for the big event, and I can not wait...if you can improve this area that would be awesome!

So far I've ordered a junior bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress. One was too big, one was too small. I used the try it before buying it option and the return process was easy to do, except that I tried to return it through the post office when I should have gone directly to UPS. So I reordered, and they shipped it out on the same day that i ordered it. So far I'm impressed with nothing bad to say.

I ordered a dress, took almost a month to arrive, and the "off shoulder" sit for the straps is bulky and doesn't lay on the arms, as well as it smells strongly of fish. I asked to send it back immediately and they want 10% restocking fee even though I am returning with tags right away. I also ordered two necklaces (matching ones) for kids and one stretches and the other doesn't even get over a small kids head. They also are making me pay to ship it back. I am now out almost $40 because of their poor quality items.

After checking, the necklace set is Elastic(A bracelet and a necklace). Therefore, we may recommend stretching it to meet your needs and the shorter one is only for the wrist. Do not do the custom fit, they don't get it right, and are unwilling to refund or even try to fix their errors. Very poor customer service!

In multiple conversations I was promised I would be able to get the flower girl dress in time. When the company replied the next day with the information I needed for my order (I was requesting a custom colour), I was told I would not be able to get the dress until a MONTH after the date I was roses just a day before. Needless to say, this meant it would come after the wedding.The company refused to admit their error or even attempt to make it right. I was left without a flower girl dress for the wedding.

The dresses are beautiful, but I feel the sizes are not true to size...I measured myself and based on that the size seems to be 3 sizes larger than I usually am. That doesn't make sense.

I'm shopping for my son's wedding and love the try before you buy aspect. I'm not sure about my size and don't want to purchase something & have it not fit. I live rural, so there are no bridal shops within a 100 mile radius from me, so this was convenient.

Quality not so great. Ordered a dress, did not like the quality,And did not look like the photos.
I ended up losing $40 on a $97 purchase knowing I paid for shipping the product to my destination. They have a restocking fee of 10% and they deduct the shipping fee knowing I paid for it…. Never purchasing any item from that site….

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
