I was like everyone else, skeptical to buy my dress from a website, sight unseen for the too good to be true price that was listed. I was doing my wedding on a budget and the dress i wanted from the local bridal store was going to cost $1500 for the dress, add on belt, and rush shipping and rush alterations. There were so many other good reviews and pictures of real people in the dresses, so i decided to take a chance. I ordered color swatches to decide on the color of dress i wanted, they arrived in 3-4 days. I had 2 separate people measure me to make sure i had the correct measurements, and submitted those for custom order. JJs was easy to communicate with and my dress arrived 12 days after i ordered it! And it fit me PERFECTLY! It is identical to the dress i tried on at the bridal shop, for less than a fraction of the price. I am completely blown away!
My bridesmaids also decided to order their dresses from JJs House and they were gorgeous!
I tell everyone about JJs House and will continue to do so! If youre on the fence, I would absolutely advise you to just take the chance and order the dress. It was hands down, one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

I ordered a simple wedding dress and an evening dress, both made-to-measure. Both dresses were well made, but not perfect. The bodice on the wedding dress was too short: I had to fix it myself by lengthening the straps. The evening dress straps were too short and needed adjusting.
I ordered a dress for my mom. On her dress, the bodice is too loose between her chest and waist and needs tailoring. Overall, the dresses match the order, but tailoring is off.

I purchased a dress, wrap, jewelry and a tie for our daughters wedding. I had read the reviews and thought they were amazing so I decided to go with it. For my dress, my husband measured me and I sent my numbers in for a custom made dress. Never in a million years would I have thought it would be even more beautiful than the pictures but, it is. It's so well made and the quality is above expectation! I just love it! The tie matches my dress so my husband and I match. I will purchase from JJsHouse again! Thank you for making such an amazing product so I look at least 1/2 as lovely as my daughter will on her special day!

My daughter is required to wear a white dress for graduation. We found a dress she loved and we ordered it. It is a nice dress but it arrived in pale lavender color.

JJ's wont take the dress back or refund me. They say they have confirmed it was made in the correct color. How can they confirm that when I have the dress in my possession and they have not seen it?!?!?!

I would order from either Lulu's or BHLDN. We have ordered several prom dresses and a lovely graduation dress. They allowed us to order a few and send the ones back that didn't work.

When running an internet business you MUST have a way to process mistakes and grant refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I received my dress, it took longer than stated but that was OK. The dress is lovely and well made but it doesn't fit which i was a bit surprised as i paid for custom made. I would have thought when you submit measurements there would be some movement in it because if a dress was made to the exact measurements it would only be a glove. Now i have to go on a major diet to get the zip up the last 10 cm, the difference is at least 6 cm or more in width to close the zip. I didn't mind the price if i got what I paid for.

My granddaughter bought a dress from JJS house online for her prom.
She paid $248.87 with the shipping. She was very excited to get this
Dress and when she received the dress it fell apart.
The zipper broke when she first pulled it down to get into the dress.
She thought okay maybe I can fix this, but when she put on the dress
The side seams came apart. No doubt she was devastated.
Since the website states you will get full refund if the clothes are damaged
She tried to get her money back.
This is a nightmare because this company does not stand by the return
Policy they advertise. Now the 9th message back and forth to the company they
Will only offer 40% or a coupon for next purchase.
There are hundreds of complaints against JJS House which is located
In Hong Kong. They will not go over 40% of the dress value no matter their
Stated full refund policy.
I am reporting this company to the U.S. federal government for defrauding
The American people. I am also writing to every fraud department in every state
So they are aware of this nightmare.
My goal is to have this website taken off online in the U.S. so no one else spends
Their hard earned money on this fraudulent website.

My mother ordered 2 dresses for my wedding. We measured and we ordered. They would not fit in the bust at all and that was the area that had the most wiggle room. We were more concerned with the hips, but those fit. This all said we went to return within their 7 day window and they will not take the dresses back. They offered a wimpy 10% to go get them altered. There is no way these dresses would be let out and look good, and even then a wimpy 10% refund would not cover both dresses at any local place. I was completely appalled that they requested pictures to prove that they did not fit my mother. Wow, because I want to send a stranger pictures of me in a dress that doesn't fit or even zip all the way up. Disgusting that this company does not trust the costumer at all. This policy is absolutely outrageous and with how they treated my Mother I will be taking the rest of my bridal and house party (12 Dresses) else where and never recommend this company to anyone. I just wish I would have looked at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) first. This company does not deserve even a D rating there.

I purchased a dress and paid extra for custom measurements, however they did NOT use the measurements of hollow to floor or my height, so the waist is in the wrong place and cannot be fixed. When I notified them they said I got what I ordered (FALSE) and they would refund 40% so I could get it fixed. No. I showed pictures proving they did not use my measurements.

This company is a scam.

They send out wrong dresses and then keep half the money because it is impossible to return. Out of 4 dresses ordered for this wedding, 3 have been unusable and 1 has been too long but that bridesmaid was able to have it hemmed thank goodness.
