Disappointed in every way. Processing and delivery took forever. Dress did not look like the one ordered. In spite of "customized fitting" promise, the dress did not fit in anyway. Requested refund, took forever to get any response. Was finally told I could have a discount of 20% on my next purchase and that they do not get enough detail on measurements to guarantee correct fit so I should have it altered locally myself. Even if I had it tailored it is way too short for an adult, let alone for wedding attire. I will be donating this dress to Salvation Army in the hopes that some little girl's Mother is a seamstress and the child needs a party dress. A big waste of time and my money. Please tell everyone you know - stay away from JJHouse. I believe they mislead, procrastinate, take your honest earned money (for me over $300.00), and deliver disappointment. Looks like a lot of other consumers of JJHouse feel the same as I do. Buyers beware.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter to try for prom. Both were the exact same standard size, no special measurements. One fit perfectly and looked on her as pictured on the website. The other didn't fit well, and looked very different on her than pictured on the site. We contacted the company within 48 hours after receiving the dress to initiate a return of the one dress. After several failed attempts to submit the return via the website portals, I finally emailed them and get "My ticket" started. After sending them pictures of the dress on her, obviously gaping and puckering, the are simply offering 10% refund or a 20% coupon for next purchase. I want a full refund - the dress doesn't fit and she doesn't want it - their website does not state a no return policy - I feel very misled and frankly offended by a 10% refund offer so we can get it tailored locally - that $14 wouldn't begin to pay for tailoring to make this dress suitable.
Its unfortunate that their return policy and customer service is so poor, because the other dress we ordered is beautiful. However, if you can't return an unsatisfactory product, and the response to customers is slow and cold, I don't care how wonderful the product could be.

I finally got a reaction from JJs House based on my original review which was a 1 Star. I spent time negotiating with customer service for a better deal than they originally gave me. Their final offer was for a 40% refund and I would keep the dress (which I am donating to charity because it just won't fit). While this was progressing, I sent in my review to Sitejabber and the entire dialog moved up the chain of command to the manager level. They also rescinded my 40% refund because of the review. The new offer was a return of the item (to China) with a refund of both the dress and shipping charges conditional on my deleting my review from Sitejabber. I refused. They did end up refunding the cost of the dress (which I checked to make sure it went through before I wrote this); I keep the dress (still to be donated) and IF I delete my review they will refund my original shipping charges. Needless to say, because I am updating my original review, I declined their offer. Bottom line - their customer service performance is probably based on reviews of the company and while I do appreciate the final results and the cordiality of their customer service, the company still hasn't addressed the main problem with their product - sizing and other issues. I really think they have the potential for making a reliable and solid business if they revisit the issues in most of the reviews. But this is a Chinese business so I have no idea how things work in that country in terms of making things right.

I have never struck a company that so little regard for their customers. Dispatch is slow, when there is a problem, you need to be continually chasing them, English is their 2nd language and extremely difficult to understand what they are getting at. Returns are expensive, nearly AU$11 for a pair of shoes, again when returned, they had them for 7 days before I started chasing them for my credit voucher. Just sooo bad!

I immediately fell in love with this mustard colored cloche the minute I saw it online. I was hesitant to order it, but I am thrilled that I followed through. It is of utmost quality. A nice sturdy wool, and excellent craftsmanship. I was a little worried about how it might fit, but it is perfect for my head size and shape. It is not not flopping around and not too tight. I would definitely order again from JJsHouse. Shipping took longer than I had expected, but that's because I did not read the shipping details thoroughly. Still arrived in time to wear this winter.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They gave the shipping company the WRONG address so the package never got to me. Then they blamed ME for the issue. I contacted them after a month of not hearing anything from the company. They never emailed me and finally I sent a message asking when the package will arrive. They said the shipping company sent the package back after not being able to find the recipient. I contacted the shipping company and they told me the address they were given did not include an apartment number. I checked what I gave jjshouse which INCLUDED my apartment number. Jjshouse said it was my fault and offered to give me a coupon code for 50% of the dress value for another dress on their site. 50%?!?!?!?! When it was THEIR FAULT!?!?!?!?! I now wasted TIME and MONEY. And its a week before the most important event of the year and I HAVE NO DRESS! AND! Have to spend money for ANOTHER dress.

Had difficulty with my order and delivery date and tried to get help on their home webpage but was getting nowhere. I left a negative review on this site and then received great service from someone else and my issue is now resolved in a matter of days. Lovely dresses and in the end good service. Only thing I would recommend they work on is their first contact customer service.
