I ordered two dresses and now i want to cancel my order, it was easy to buy the dress, oh very easy to find someone but to contact someone regarding your order you have leave a message and wait 7 days, what type of bull$#*! is that. I hate when this $#*! happens.

I ordered a chiffon wrap but didnt read the reviews first. If I had I would never have ordered from this company, but I am very glad I didnt read them. I received my item in the time stated. It was the exact same colour as shown on the web site and the quality if just fine. I love it. I can't comment on the quality of any other items they may have on their site but i am very happy with my purchase and would use them again.

Do not purchase from them! IF they want to have a no refund policy then they should state that clearly on their refund policy site!

My soon to be wife purchased 3 wedding dresses from them to try on and decide which she wanted for our wedding. They contacted her and stated they would give her a custom dress and waive the custom fee or if she was trying to try them on since she didn't know which she wanted she could go ahead with the transaction. She purchased them. She tried them on the day they arrived and contacted them about returning the two she did not want.

THIS is where the run around begins! They said they won't return the dresses and offered a crappy 10% off of the next purchase. I have 7 photos of each dress where the dresses are clearly defective. They told me to take the dresses to a tailor locally! AND WHAT, spend more money on their defective dress and wear 3 dresses on the wedding day? The one dress has two clearly different cup sizes and puckers horribly on the right side. The other one had threads pulling from the where the dress ruffles are supposed to be held in a specific areas and this one puckers horribly on the right side as well.

Both of these dresses are defective and even though they were not custom made, they state they have no "off the rack" dresses. As well, despite telling us they would accept full responsibility if the dresses were defective, they continued to give us the run around.

Now finally they say they will accept the dresses, I have to pay for the shipping and upon inspection, they will decide if they will give us a refund or not and that they reserve the right to refuse a refund. That there tells me they now want the dresses back and will not refund me once they have them in their possession. According to what others have said, they will just stop returning my emails.

Thats ok! I have already contacted my credit card company! I dont mind paying for a dress I want, but again, if you have no intention of accepting returns, STATE THAT IN YOUR POLICY!

I ordered two dresses a while ago from jjs.house.com. I received them on Friday last week after paying 60e (!) customs fees to Finland. Well, the dresses that looked nice in the pictures where horrible on live! The size didn't match my size at all and the dresses were waaay too big for me. Since I received the dresses I have TRIED to be in touch with Jjs. House and asked for the information about returning the products. No one tells me which address I can return the dresses. All I get is the automated message asking for photos. Shouldn't it matter how the dresses look like if I want to return them as they were wrong size? Does anyone else have similar experiences? After this mess I don't recommend Jjs. House to anyone! Absolutely terrible service!

It's been over a week and company has promised 3 times to send replacement dress in correct colour and they are still messing around with me. The company does not care about your important day or event just about how much money they can sucker out of you and offer of coupons to put towards future orders. They fail to follow through on their promises and want things to be returned to unknown people whereas any other company I've dealt with returns go back to company name not an individual. They have ruined my upcoming wedding and no additional budget to purchase a new wedding dress and company failing to follow through.

Dont order here

Please this site is unethical. They say you can return but you cannot. They are foreign and you cannot call them or reason with them. Please please do not order anything from this company. It is a Nightmare for sure. They encouraged me to ordered two mother of the bride dresses which did not fit and quality was terrible and they wanted to give only 10 percent of my money back. Ibwill never order anything online again because of this jj house

I order a dress from their company, their size is not correct at all. I request refund, they won't refund to me, giving me 10% coupon, I want my refund, not coupon at all. They just want to make money, won't care about customers' interest. Very bad very bad services. However I won't give up, if they won't refund to me, I will complain about them everywhere everyday.

The dresses are not custom made at all! I purchased 2 bridesmaids dresses and my wedding dress the bridesmaids dresses are HUGE! My wedding dress was tiny not to my measurements at all! Trying to get a refund on my wedding dress has been nothing but stressful I posted it back it was signed and delivered but yet they say they havent received it
They certainly do a great job of trying to ruin your wedding day disgusting I will be warning everyone never to purchase from these scammers ever again.

Need a return

My dress does not fit and different colour blue to the swash ordered. Trying to get a return on a dress not a custom made. Some customers seem to have had trouble so watch this space I shall add to it hopefully with a successful outcome.

I have very special birthday party in April and wanted an extraordinary gown for it. I found just such a dress online at JJ's House but was skeptical to order because of some of the reviews. Took that leap of faith and am delighted with the dress. I chose customized fit and am so glad I did. It is a perfect fit, beautiful color and a one of a kind dress. Fast delivery too.! Will order again and again!

My son was married last summer and I ordered two dresses from JJ's. Both dresses were of great quality. I paid extra for custom fit, which was only 20.00, and it fit like a glove. I even had a special request and they called me to talk to me about it. The dresses arrived in one week... AMAZING! If I have to attend a formal event in the future, I will be buying from JJ's without hesitation.

I order 3 dresses to see which one we liked best for my daughters wedding. I checked the web site and it said it would take returns within 7 days so we felt okay about trying them. The dresses were just ok and they ran SMALL. When I went to return them they refused! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have terrible customer service and they have false advertisement. They have completely refused a refund and now I am out $350. I am contacting my credit card to see if they can help. UPDATE- today I received a refund for the dress. I am happy that they refunded my money but it should not have been that hard.

I ordered a dress and gave the correct measurements, but JJs House did not ask for a very important measurement (hollow to waist) so the torso was 2 inches too short. Their response? "Please be assured that we did make the item in the size you ordered."

I'm very disappointed in your lack of effort to correct an error in measurement collection on your part. I will not shop your site again and will make a point to warn everyone I can away from it because you do not ask the right questions and then keep the money. The 7 day return policy appears to be a scam; it is way below industry standard.
