Further to my review on Jan 6th, I was given a return address in Manchester and having sent JJs a copy of proof of posting for the returned dance shoes, I have now received a full refund to my credit card.
JJs, and dissatisfied customers, note that as per UK Law, online customers have 14 days to notify their intention to return goods, even if they are not faulty, and a further 14 days to actually return them (https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds.) So the JJs 7 day return policy is not appropriate.
JJs have many high star reviews, but also many at 1 star, showing that obvious areas for improvement are the quality of some items, and also creating a truly worry-free (and legal) returns policy.

I bought three summer dresses early June, they arrived late August. When I didnt receive them on July I tried to cancel but they said my order has already been shipped, what a lie!
When I received them finally I was horrified by the cheap material, I returned them the day after and paid 30 dollars for shipping. But then they would not return my money saying that they are updating their system, finally after 17 emails and opening a complain case with visa I got my money back after five months! Never ever buy anything from this site.

I bought two pairs of ballroom dance shoes. The quality is terrible. I asked for a refund and have been offered only a coupon for 50% of the value, which I will never use as I will never ever be buying from these people again. "Worry-free returns" is only worry-free for JJS because they already have my money. The shoes will be going in the bin, and I will have to earn again the £58 they took from me under false pretences. Scandalous service and a very bad reflection indeed on the morals of business people!

I ordered a short pink dress for my prom. The delivery (to Austria) took about 3 weeks and the dress is more beautiful than I expectet. I would recommend to order a dress which already has good ratings on the website itself and to indicate your body measurements (because returning is a bit problematic). Good luck! :)

I ordered a beautiful dress for my sons wedding, I knew nothing about the custom fitting so I ordered it by my measurements and their size chart.
Dress came and it is beautiful, just not on me the bust does not fit and even with shoes it is too long.
Had the dress 24 hours applied for the return, sent picture of dress as requested with the tags on like they tell you (they were never removed)
Was denied return.
Hate, hate, hate them. I will never order from them again

This company pretends to be USA, are made in Shanghai. Received the dress, could see through it not appropriate for a teenager, could see the seams which look like they were cut by a 5 year old. Sent it back at my cost, now they wont answer to my e-mails & I have not received any money back! So they have the dress & they kept my money! When I sent it back I had a tracking confirmation & then another tracking confirmation of them receiving the parcel.
