I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248. When I brought this up to them, they went ahead and refunded my full amount. So yes they have beautiful dresses but plan on a good 6 weeks to get it.

The order was placed on 14th February and was cancelled on 23rd February. The order was cancelled more than 120 hours. My Maid of honor ordered try on dresses and they sent them to the wrong province! Yes that happened and told her ohhh well, then I ordered one of my bridesmaid dresses and a month later still don't have, other bridesmaid after the second try on dress order…which actually made it to the right province lol the sizing is so wrong! My wedding dress which I ordered a month ago and still hasn't shipped…which I already know is going to be garbage and won't be here when it's supposed to be lol do not and I repeat do not! Order from this place!

2. For the order 856***3276(wrong size order), we checked and confirmed that the size you ordered is 0, not 16W.
3. For the order of a wedding dress, your order was sent out on March 10th and will reach you around March 23rd if all goes well. We will email you the tracking number and tracking link again. Please pay attention to your email box: hopec***@gmail.com. Your ordered the dress on 10th February. As the website stated, it took 29-32 days to tailor the dress and 13 days to ship the order.

Don't buy from JJs House! The pics in the catalog are NOTHING like what you receive and then they give you the run around on the return. " open a case" then "go to our website" in a circle of no action forward!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, received the dress very fast, it was absolutely beautiful and was very well made. I sadly had to send it back as I needed a size 2 and the dress did not come in a 2. I sent the dress back with no problems at all. I was very satisfied with my experience!

I have worked hard and jumped through hoops to purchase a dress from JJs House. The experience has been horrible! As of now, they are holding $253 of mine for up to 14 days on an order they said to cancel and reorder via PayPal! What's worse? Their customer service SUCKS! You can't talk to anyone cause they are based in Singapore - wish I would have known that at the start! Buyer Beware! ZERO STARS!

Custom measurements was a little confusing and needed to inquire further information to complete measurements. Otherwise JJ's House was fast and quality was good. Thank you to them for helping a petite woman who has a difficult time finding something that fits!

I knew from the size of the box in which my Wife`s Mother of the Bride dress arrived in there were going to be problems. Measuring just 11"x 7"x 4" it was inevitable that the dress was going to be incredibly creased. To get those creases out was going to take professional help and additional cost. Despite exact measuring by my Wife & daughter the dress was too tight anyway.
This however is where the 1* review comes from. The customer service is almost non existent, I tried to find a customer service number I could ring but there doesn`t appear to be one. Their customer chat is for pre sales only and they at a push gave me a customer service address to email. Unfortunately the reply from here is a computer generated reply & doesn`t cater for individual genuine enquiries/Complaints at all.
My first email to them was a complaint about the £180 dress arriving in basically a shoe box, I also complained about the unreasonable postage costs of nearly £15 too. The reply may as well have been talking about Quantum physics as it had no bearing whatsoever on my complaint at all. My second email & third went unanswered.
The dress was unfit for use as it was but tucked away in the small print (which I encourage everybody to read twice) is a restocking fee of 10% + postage.
As I was unable to actually speak to someone at JJ`s House via telephone the dress was returned via the returns system and the money took around a week to be paid back in.
If things go right for you then maybe, just maybe your experience will be a reasonable one, however, if you have any problems like I did then you really feel stranded, frustrated & angry by the inability to contact them either by email or telephone.
The total spend at JJ`s House was £193.99
The amount returned to our account was a paltry £159.00; OUCH!
With no way of contacting them to speak to a human voice & argue your case, please consider carefully what happens if things go wrong?
Don`t just look at a couple of reviews in making your mind up, there are plenty of annoyed people out there if you search hard enough, trust me. If you look at their own website it shows 5* reviews. This just isn`t possible in my opinion, like me there must be some unhappy customers.
Would I use them again...HELL NO!

I ordered 3 sample try at home dresses, received quickly. I knew upfront that the samples were not in the colors I would purchase, but no problem because they let you send them back with shipping labels included. I can either order them in the color I want to buy now that I saw how they looked in person, or I can order more try on samples now that I received notification that the dresses were received as requested within the try on period. This is really a great web site giving woman the chance to try first. Very pleased.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
