I was so nervous to shop, let alone purchase online from JJ's. I couldn't imagine the kind of beautiful quality dresses that they make! This will be the 3rd dress that I have purchased from them and I have never been disappointed. The try before you buy is a great option and so easy to use. I ordered 4 of my bridesmaid dresses custom size and 3 of them were incorrect.
I have photo evidence of the incorrect sizes but all customer service can say to me is that tape measurements can vary in size which is incredibly incorrect and a stupid thing to say? One of my bridesmaids dresses we ordered in 48 inches length and it has come in 42 inches. I have given JJ house over a week to resolve this but they have now ignored my emails which is extremely unprofessional.
I'm now left with one completely unwearable dress and the other two are going to have to wear dresses that a just to big for them because JJ House have got this wrong and are not doing anything to solve it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who's planning on putting there faith in them for there special day!

My daughter ordered a dress for her prom. The dress was nice but didn't fit. She reached out to their customer service/support several times inquiring about returning the item. When no response was received after several weeks, she decided to respond to the order confirmation email. Amazingly, her message was answered but since too much time had passed, they refused to offer any return options. This company plays games with peoples money. My daughter learned a valuable lesson. Dishonest companies are out there. We will avoid JJ's House for any future dress purchases and we will make it a point to tell as many people as possible about how dishonest this company is... I cut and pasted my daughters email below. Response just stated she was passed the 14 day period and a return label was not an option...

I ordered 2 try on dresses. They shipped 3 dresses with 2 being identical dresses. They charged me full price for one of the identical dresses that I am not able to get a response from the 7 emails sent. I am out $300! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WHEN THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL CHARGE ANYTHING ON IT AND NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!
