I have been ordering gowns from you for years and I absolutely love e very one of them. I always get a lot of compliments on your gowns. Thank you for having such a wonderful product!
I ordered a dress on Feb 22, and it told me it would arrive between march 14 and 21. It was a good time frame before my prom, so I pressed purchase after trusting it. I shouldn't have. My package said it was released by customs on march 14, yet today is March 22 and I still haven't received it. My first few tickets sent by chats were ignored, and then my email was too. Only when I returned to the chats and pressured them was an email sent the same day. They essentially told me that I had to wait a bit longer, and then if it still wasn't here, that they would try a better solution. What does that mean? The whole email only included a link to the tracking website. Which I had been using. The website told me that it's best to contact the courier directly as they don't have much control of the packages once it leaves the warehouse, which is fair, but it's your company. The courier however, is based in china and does not answer any calls (I tried) and have been ignoring my emails. I also contacted UniUni, which is the delivery service JJhouse claims to use, but UniUni said they've only received information regarding the package on March 10th and have yet to receive anything. Nothing. I've received nothing. TLDR: If your package is lost/late/needs return, customer service will be horrible to deal with. UPDATE: I was offered a full refund by JJHouse, and their chat agent is the most responsive and helpful. Emailing them was still difficult, but it can be credited to the time zone difference.
Dear Adda, your order was sent out on 9th March as we stated on the website. After the customs clearance on March 14th, the final-mile logistics partner has not received the parcel yet. We have repeatedly urged the logistics company to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please kindly check your email for more information regarding the logistics issue.

I think JJs offers a quality product and certainly lots of choices-if you're built like a tall, skinny model. All the products i tried were quality but could be better. For instance, not everyone has someone to help them dress; why not side zippers?

I purchased a dress for a wedding and it took close to three weeks to receive. Once I received the shipment the box was opened, crushed and the inner plastic that the dress was in was also opened and exposed. There was no return label or receipt. I notified JJ House immediately, providing pictures etc.
They do NOT stand behind any conditions in receipt of purchase and shipment.
They make it a terrible experience and still not refunding me or sending me a return label upon multiple requests.

As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a free return label and waived the restocking fee on November 11,2024, taking into account your previous experience. However, upon reviewing the return label, we found there is no tracking information, indicating that the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.
Please note that we can process a refund only after receiving the returned items. We kindly request that you return the parcel at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this matter promptly.

Shipment was on proper timing. Outfit was almost true to size, body was perfect except shoulders were a little big so had to be altered for me. Length was also long for me and had to be altered as well. Really loved outfit. Very happy overall

Excellent customer service beautiful dresses at a affordable price.
Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake?
EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.

I love this pant set. The color is a true Taupe color with a sleeveless lace top, a sheer jacket with lace and pants.
This will be perfect to wear with gold or silver shoes and accessories.

I have purchased a gown for my granddaughters wedding this past September, so beautiful. I had many compliments on it the perfect color Aqua, I was able to get matching shoes. Purchased a pearl beaded clutch loved it, many compliments.
Recently purchased a long sleeve beaded top dress and pant set on sale at a wonderful price, Ordered 2 new clutches so beautiful and different perfect price.
I have never had a problem with any returns.

I tried on a few dresses a couple of times and getting them was quick and easy. The quality of all of them were excellent and returning them was just as easy. I found the perfect dress for my son's wedding in march2025 and even told the mother of the bride and she will be trying some on herself. Very pleased with JJ's!
