Don't trust them when they say, they will get it to you in time. It's a scam. We have been waiting all week for the product to arrive, for my twin girls 1st Communion tomorrow... they keep saying it's been shipped, but nothing had been shipped, no parcel!
2 gorgeous flower girl dresses... in transit and the4y say they shipped it out with plenty of time, but the parcel never arrived with Australia post, until I questioned it for the 3rd time.
Everyone tells you it's on its way... but the delivery window changes every time.

Utterly disappointed. We don't want the dresses, so unfair for the girls...

They verified my sizes of a custom order to be available, took my money, and now will not fulfill the order and only will give me 5% of my money back.

I was very pleased with the hat I found on their website it was classy and unique.
I wanted earlier than the month it would take with regular shipping so I paid for expedited shipping.
I got an email from UPS saying that it was being shipped to my former address. I looked and then I looked again and I had given the correct address but it seemed as though UPS had somehow changed the address and I had to pay them an additional 28.00 to send it to the correct address. When I reached out to radial (the company they use for shipping) their site said contact JJ House directly and when I contacted them they did not take responsibility for providing UPS with the wrong shipping details.
I don't care how cute the item I will NEVER EVER order from these people again. I paid almost $60 for shipping alone.

Beautiful dress! I will be wearing it for my engagement photoshoot. It fits perfectly, it's very light, the colour is beautiful just like the picture and quality is amazing. Length is a bit long even with heels so will have to shorten it a bit but that's because I'm petit. I really recommend this dress, you won't be disappointed. It arrived in 5 days! It also has pockets (Bonus!)

How is it I've paid £154 for an outfit with postage ( which I thought was £16 - expensive at best!) I work in retail and we never charge that amount! My refund was £113 so I've lost £ 40 returning a sub standard outfit!
Think trading standards need to look into this practice!

I needed a short jacket to avoid a chill over a new sleeveless dress for a wedding. First I ordered three swatches and they came promptly; the colors were accurate to the web representations, and one of the colors was perfect for my dress. When I ordered the jacket, I chose a size 6 (I normally wear a size 4 or 6). The jacket arrived in two weeks, and it totally met my expectations. The jacket is fully lined, with no exposed seams. The sewing workmanship is very good (I sew and I don't think I could do better). It fits just fine. All in all, I feel JJ's House offers extremely good value for custom color/size clothing.

Ordered a dress on 23rd April. Ordered wrong size and put in address wrong, tried contacting them by phone, it obviously rings Hong Kong.
E. mailed them herd nothing there Web site is confusing as I have cancelled within 24 hrs I should be able to have afull refund.
They clearly don't like refunding, sorry don't trust this sight, I would like my money back.

I ordered a dress and after coupon code of $12 I paid a total of $137. Upon getting the dress it was made with terrible quality so I shipped it back for return. JJ House decided to only refund me $137 less $12. Less shipping cost also. I don't mind them charging me shipping. However when they processed the return they charged me $12 saying that I didn't pay for the coupon at the time of purchase. But if I paid $137 the return amount should be $137 (minus shipping). Not $137 minus shipping then minus another $12 for some reason. It was unjustified for them to return only a portion of what I paid and they refused to refund me the total amount due. I had not violated any return policy, their product was crap and unrepresentative of the photos on their website, and they arbitrarily refuse to refund me total amount paid (minus shipping). If I could award 0 stars I would.

I did my research before ordering because I was skeptical of buying something that was coming from overseas. I am so glad I decided to go ahead and make my purchase from JJ's House! They had the best price, the best options for sizing or custom ordering and I received numerous notifications for every step of the process from order receipt all the way through it arriving on my porch, DHL delivery. I shopped the big box stores and bought an expensive dress, but it just wasn't the color I wanted. I'm middle aged and shaped like a brick, so I knew waist/chest measurements were going to be imparitive. The big box store dress fit well, but I was set on wearing a dark green so I found one I liked with JJ's House. I measured the store bought dress and made sure to pick a size with JJ's House that matched the measurements of the dress I'd purchased locally within 1/2 inch in all the sections. I received the dress on Saturday, actually 3 days earlier than the shipping notifications said I would and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It's exactly what I was looking for. It fits PERFECT and it was almost $50 less than I paid for the one I purchased locally. PAY ATTENTION to the sizing chart! Measure something that already fits like you want and then use those measurements to make sure what you order measures up. The dress was well packaged, well made, BEAUTIFUL AND EXACTLY as described AND it arrived early. Please shop with confidence - this is a great place to get formal wear items.
