I bought 5 swatches. I was really happy with the service that JJs provided. Posting was speedy. Website easy to use. The products were really useful as they helped me decide which colour to pick for my bridesmaid dresses.
JJ's House sent me a wrong dress in size, color and style. I immediately emailed them and they told me sorry and pick out another dress for the same price. I did not see any that I liked and their response was no return under Final Sale. I explained Again that this is not my fault. I finally found a dress for the same price and then they moved the rules and said that this dress did not qualify. I then said, send me the return address I will send this wrong dress back and refund me to which they responded, pick out another dress, and sent me another link. I used the link and sent them a picture, size, color and price from the link and they returned stating--not qualify. This has been going on for a month and I am out money and a dress. I even said I will pick out a more expensive dress and they could apply the credit to that of which same response pick out a dress from the link. I decided to go on Yelp and hopefully I will get a response of customer service for my money or dress. Out $$$$

I did not like this website it took longer than what it said and I paid express... and my items arrive too late when I didn't need them anymore! I request a refund after and I still don't get my refund... I paid a total of $400...! At least give me back 300!

Was super excited when I was laces my order. Paid for expedite shipping. Did not get my order! The carrier showed that they delivered it, so the company did not want to assist me. I will not buy from this company again. I will be filling a BB complaint against, not mention a cc dispute if they do not refund me completely within the next day.

Purchased a dress from them and I gave them specific instructions on where to send the dress. Well, they got it wrong and the dress is going to a different address hours away, and since the dress is coming from a different country there is nothing they can do to make it right. I contacted the post office to have it redirected and the chances of that happening are slim.

I bought some items for my wedding and paid extra for 3-5 day rush shipping. I had to call and email multiple times because my order wasn't even being sent out yet. Staff told me they couldn't identify why it hadn't shipped. Then JJsHouse.com created a shopping label but didn't drop it off at DHL to actually ship out. When I'd talk to JJsHouse.com they'd tell me it shipped and I told them I could see the update from DHL that that was no true. I got it almost 2 weeks later and had asked for a refund for the extra shipping cost I paid and they agreed at first but then never refunded me and then claimed it shipped out on time, which I had lots of proof that was not at all the case. The items came too late for me. I had bought things before and they came much later too and I had to check on those orders as well. It's a hassle and I ended up losing time and money. It took over a month for other items. Not a dependable website.

I'm having issues with logging into my account and haven't received any response back from customer service. I purchased three dresses and have spent a lot of money. I'm worried my wedding dress won't arrive on time and can't reach anyone. Disappointed.

First the good news: The dress was well constructed and fit me to a T. I opted for the tailoring, and it was well worth the expense. The dress also arrived sooner than anticipated - kudos for good shipping!
The bad news? The dress was sewn with a chunk of lace missing from the front neckline. Imagine a lace edge that is designed with pretty scallops... but one of the scallops near the center front of the dress has been lopped off.
It was unwearable.
I'm handy with a needle and thread, and thought I may be able to reposition the bad section, but was afraid it would disassemble. Took it to a tailor who suggested they might be able to attach new lace but that they'd need the lace fairly soon. So... I reached out to JJ's House and asked for a refund. This never should have passed inspection. They were able to offer me 1/3rd of the cost OR they could send replacement lace. I ended up going with the former option as I'm under a time crunch.
I can fully understand not offering a full refund (or exchange) on a dress that is custom tailored because it doesn't fit right or someone decided they didn't like the color. This, however, was like sending me a dress with an ink mark on the front of it and then claiming only 1/3rd the responsibility. I've shouldered the cost for their mistake.
It's a shame. The work was solid up to that mistake... but that mistake and the subsequent followthrough cost this company what could have been an extremely loyal customer. I ordered from another online store that I've worked with before and am pleased with the result. This dress will go into a trunk with dress-up clothes for future grandchildren.

Would leave a 0 review if at all possible. Because of shipping being out of the US, there were issues in trying to get the order to go through, it finally went through with my bank and WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME, JJs House froze the order. I checked the order every day and the shipping date kept getting pushed back and pushed back. I emailed them to try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Still two weeks away from the wedding, I urged them that I needed the dress by April 15th, and NO later. They wasted my time, responding to emails so unclearly, only once a day and never on weekends. They squandered the time they could have spent getting the dress out on time since I had already paid for expedited shipping. Do NOT waste your time on this site, the customer service sucks, shipping sucks, and the dress quality (WHEN YOU DO FINALLY GET IT!) is so poor.

I have ordered twice from this website. I ordered dresses and I received them quickly however I ordered some masks and I am yet to receive them and it has been weeks. That would be fine however each time I contact them they tell me it's in transit. I've advised them that I no longer need the masks since the time for using them has passed. I have requested a refund of my money on multiple occasions and I have been given the runaround. They keep asking me to wait for the masks to be delivered even though I have repeatedly and explicitly informed them that I no longer need those masks. Finally, a refund was offered for only the price of the mask and not the shipping but they insist on waiting for the package to be delivered for me to be refunded. Since we don't know if that package will actually be delivered I think it's crazy. I have asked them over and over to just refund my money because I don't need the products and this is still not been done.

I ordered a silver and rhinestone necklace and earring set from JJs house and paid for express shipping in order to have it in time for prom. What I received was some pinkish gold hair clips that definitely were not what I ordered. I contacted them immediately to get the situation corrected. I followed their procedure and sent photos of everything asked for and it is apparent that the wrong item was put in the box as the order and label on the box matched.
JJs customer service team responded with "due to it being a personalized piece they are willing to refund 30% of the item value". There is nothing personalized at all on either necklace or earrings. I simply wanted to receive what I ordered and paid for but that is completely ignored by the customer service team. The item cost was $12 and express shipping was $19 and they think it is fair to refund $4 because they didn't put the correct item in the box?
I do not understand why they are not willing to let me send their mistake back and ship me what I ordered but that is not an option. I included a photo of what I received and what I ordered so you can see why I am leaving this review.

I purchased a high/low dress in dusty rose and it is beautiful. The dress is very well made with a lace bodice with sequin. I love this dress. I had it customized and it fits lovely. I just purchased two more dresses last night from JJ's House. The prices are amazing.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
