I was looking for a dress for a wedding and found my new favorite shop.
The fabric, stitching and cut are of high quality. Everything shipped quickly. I did return one of the dresses (it was too big in the shoulders). I was charged for the return and am waiting for the refund still, however the customer service made it simple to process. I bought three more dresses for a trip and am excitedly waiting for them.The sizing charts are accurate, however I am full breasted so need to buy a larger size than usual to fit.
I am 5'. 5" about 165 with Marilyn Monroe curves :) I wear a size 14 in their formals and L or xl in party dresses, my normal size is 10 and M/L. Don't hesitate to buy one of their amazing dresses, but be sure to check the sizing chart.

I returned $184 (2 dresses), and received $42 back for it. Customer service stated that it was bc they deducted shipping costs from the total. The dress I kept was pretty. Even after paying for the custom fit for both my daughter and I, I still had to get the dresses altered. This is a foreign company, which is fine, but they are not professional. This is stealing and people will continue to buy from there bc they have pretty dresses. Even the colors varied in bridesmaids dresses that were supposed to be the same. So disappointed.
If you are ordering custom, don't pay the extra. Just go by the biggest measurement and pick that size (that's all they are doing). But I really hope uou will not take the gamble. Such a dishonest and unprofessional company should be shut down and not supported. They didn't even respond to my request to show me how they came up with only returning me $42 out of $184. That's crazy! Don't buy from them please.
I am writing this 2 months after the return so there has been plenty of time for them to honor their return policy.

Ordered 2 dresses for my best friends wedding, the dresses never left "processing" and i opened a ticket to see what was going on and they told me my order number was non existent and then they stopped responding. This company is a scam and they have the worst customer service I've ever seen! I'm out 200$ and still have to buy 2 more dresses.

All I wanted was an exchange on some shoes. Their size guide is nonsense (the inch measurement does not equal the US, UK or international size. Each conflicts with the other!) so I ended up with massive, beautiful, totally useless tap shoes. I got someone to create a ticket, and they were very helpful... until my package was received in Kansas. Then they just shut down and have not responded to my 3 emails and 2 chat replies. Maybe they're incompetent. Maybe it's a scam. Either way, I really regret placing my order and it's been stressful to deal with them.
Edited to say: they are lying in their response to me below. Just got off the phone with UPS and the order was signed for by someone on their end. "3/19/21: Signed by Chen at the dock" is what the UPS rep showed me on his screen. My tracking shows the same thing.
This is just terrible customer service. If half the reviews are saying there are significant issues with returns and refunds... maybe it's time to fix your logistics. A good company would see this as an opportunity to clean up its online reputation and become joyful to deal with. Instead they just reply trying to make things their customers' fault. Frustrating.

I ordered a dress, and yes the dress is nice but it is now the wrong color for the wedding. I went on the site before 14 days had passed after receiving the dress and tried to return this dress. It said it was returnable and after I completed the needed information, I got a message which stated that it was waiting for approval. After a couple of days I did not hear anything, so I went in and tried to return it again - still within 14 days, and it now said it was unreturnable. I chatted with someone who told me I would need to send an email and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Many days later I still haven't heard anything. The dress was not expensive, but I am hesitant to order again from JJ's should I need to return anything.

I ordered 2 dresses for mother of the groom. Neither dress fits well. I submitted a request ticket for a return. NO RESPONSE! Submitted 2 more tickets and an email asking for a return. NO RESPONSE! Now we are well beyond the 14 day return policy. Just submitted yet another ticket. If I do not get a response I am stuck with 2 dresses I cannot wear and out nearly $400. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I ordered a pair of dancing shoes on sale but they didn't fit. I went online and try to see if I can get my money back but the options where to give me a coupon to buy another pair and so I did. The new ones fit better and the overall experiences was smooth. I am no good at sending back stuff so the option was good for me.

I ordered 6 dresses 12 February 2021--nearly a $1000 (USD) order. JJ's House took my money but have yet to ship the dresses.
After I ordered they contacted me to confirm my order was correct and I assured them it was.
The dresses--according to their website--should be shipped by the 22 Feb! I did not order custom sizes.
I have been trying to call--using both phone numbers published on their website, contact them via e-mail and webchat. I get a message they will contact me within 24 hours, but they never do.
Our theatre production is about to begin and we need the dresses NOW! I want them to ship expedited shipping at their expense.
The first time I ordered from JJ's house, everything was fine. I ordered a bridal dress. The quality was good and there were no problems with shipping.
I work for a theatre production company. They could have kept me as a long term customer.

I ordered the most beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding from JJ House. I checked tracking around the time I should have received the dress( I paid $25 more to have it expedited shipping), and found out it had been canceled. They told me through the chat room that they canceled because they had not received payment. I have proof of the payment.
Be wary because the only way you can communicate with them is through their chat room and email which they don't respond to. I have sent 3 emails and chatted with them. The person on chat told me to call my bank, but I already knew that they had taken the money out. I'm filling a dispute with my bank. I'll update on how this progresses.
I believe that this is a big rip off and wanted to warm other buyers. I would not have given them a one, but you can't leave a review without choosing at least one star.

They sent me a defected dress with uneven lining and refused to refund saying you can't return final sale items. The color they showed in the picture was totally different than the one I received as well. This store is such a joke and I honestly regret buying anything from them after seeing the terrible customer service.
Update: The company refers in their comment to that box of terms and conditions you check which says that final piece items may have minor defects, and the one I received has a MAJOR defect. They also say here we sent you an email with suggested solutions and I don't find it anywhere!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
