I'm very pleased with the quality and service I received at JJ's House. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I ordered two gowns from JJ's house for my son's upcoming wedding. I chose one of them, but ordered it in a different color, after being assured by customer service that I could return the gowns I did not want. I am trying to go about returning these two gowns, but every step is leading to a dead end. Customer service (accessible only via chat) has told me repeatedly that they have made a ticket for the return and I would be contacted with the next steps to complete the return. This has not happened. I have absolutely no recourse. The number that I found to reach the company says it is disconnected. My emails have not been responded to. I feel that this is a total and complete scam! I am only given 14 days to return, and this runaround is costing me all of them. This is obviously purposeful on their part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am looking into next steps to take action against the company.

I showed my parents the flowers today and my dad wants to buy some just for in his house! Have promised to email him the link. They took a few weeks to arrive, but Ivm not getting married until Sept so still plenty of time to spare.

Hong kong company delivered items 1 month later despite us paying shipping fees, then they were useless as our wedding had past. Endless online chats with representatives to get our return label and lost our money in shipping charges. Avoid at all costs!

If you need your package within a month, do not order. Delays is common and chat agents won't do anything to solve the issue. They issue ticket, saying you will receive email in 24 hrs and you never receive anything. You chat again, put urgent request but no one look at them because the ques of complaints is huge.

*******103 this my order. You took my money from my bank and you never process the order, so I had to cancel the order a couple of hours later, where is my money back? Never buy in this website, they only steal your money and your information of your bank account. It's has the worse costumer service.

The flower girl dress we received was beautiful and great quality. I had an issue with the color when it arrived and customer service responded to my concerns quickly and offered options to make sure I was satisfied. Would recommend JJShouse and will purchase from them again.

Make sure before you purchase that you are willing to gamble that the product you order will fit because you won't get a refund no matter what JJhouse or other reviewers say. No matter what they tell you on the website, you are stuck with what they send. The return process seemed easy enough, initially. I took a photo of garments that I would be returning and JJ house sent me a label. I took package to USPS immediately as this was around $300.00 and I needed to continue my search for an appropriate dress for my daughter's wedding. My daughter has been in contact with JJ house- they blame USPS. She has also filed a claim with her method of payment which was PayPal. They won't help because they say it is USPS fault. However I have tracking information and a case number from USPS that says a delivery agent from JJ house did in fact pick up package. The package was picked up from USPS on 1-4-2021. It is now 3-15-2021. I do not accept that over 2 months due to covid and or weather is a plausible excuse. Joke is on me. I have no dress and JJ house has my $. Tried to submit photos, but the site would not accept them because they were photos of email correspondence. I am still in the process of getting PayPal to intervene. Then I guess I will try with my credit card.

I placed an order and it didn't ship, the wedding was canceled— I couldn't reach anyone to cancel my order by the time I did it was their "policy" to rip me off fir 60% of something that NEVER left their facility. I have never been so upset with a company and I want everyone to know that I did chat with someone there and told them that I was upset and intend to go on social media to let people know that they basically stole my money. She said she would have someone contact me,, well they didn't.
If you want to be treated bad and have them take advantage of you then order from this place. It actually made me sick what they did.

I have bought a few bridesmaid dresses from JJ's house and I'm always so impressed with the quality of the material and the design of the dresses. I've still had to get alterations done in the bust area but that's normal. The shipping has also been very quick too!

I, like everyone else, waited a month for a dress that I had ordered and looked amazing on the model. Not me, And I swear I can make a burlap bag work!
I immediately connected to the app and to click on return and fill out reasons and couldn't understand why it wasn't taking?! I started over and seen the refusal to return. How can that even happen? So, over 7 months of searching for a dress, I thought I had one, and it is HUGE. I bought bigger because I went with the largest size they offered on THEIR chart, so it wasn't a custom order! The top is a bit too much. I can't do anything with this and they refuse to take it back? Not fair... and now reading all these bad reviews and their customer service reps responds, I don't have a lot of Faith that they'll be honest. So, even if we would return it and they get it, they can lie. And how long will we see the money in our account?

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. The dress was the wrong color so I returned the order using the provided return label. I placed an order for a second dress and it too was the wrong color so I returned again using the provided return label. I have been trying to reach someone about the refund however there is no phone number and I cannot get any answers. I tracked both returns and both dresses have been received, one for over a month and the other for 2 weeks and still no refund of either dress but what's worse is the website says they have accepted one return but will refund once the item Is received!?! This company requires too much headache and follow up to ever order again or refer anyone. Save your money and time and find something from Amazon!

I submitted a refund on December 21 for a dress that I ordered for my junior bridesmaid that was damaged when I received it. I have reached out to JJ's House NUMEROUS times since December and they continually state I will see my refund in 5 business days. It is now three months since the request has been made and I have yet to see any of my money refunded. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS COMPLETE CRAP AND THE CUSTOMER IS THEIR LOWEST PRIORITY!

When contacting JJ's House for returns, they gave me 4 options to choose from which was very convenient. Their dresses in particular and light and airy and the size is spot on. Only reason for returning an item was because I ordered the dress in two different sizes to see which one fit best; otherwise, I would have no reason for returning the dress!

Please look VERY carefully at actual customer submitted photos of their dresses. You WILL look like that, those people are NOT plus sized women, although it makes them all look it. I am a size 12 & ordered a custom measured mother of the bride style dress. My heart sunk when I took it out of the package. In my size, it did not even slightly resemble the picture of the the model wearing that dress. I cannot wear it. The padded bodice makes me look like a DD on top. When I looked at actual customers photos of this dress on people, I realized that the padding in the bodice make anyone with B or C cup breast look much bigger. I hadn't even realized there WAS padding there, the model had no boobs! The taupe dress was very elegant on her, but I look like a pitiful big brown water buffalo in it. My bad I guess. I should have bought a dress from somewhere that I could try it on. I live very rural & thought ordering online was an easy solution. I now have 30 days to find a completely new dress & jj's custom measured dresses are 100% non refundable. A very expensive lesson.

I ordered a pair of beautiful red dance shoes, but the size chart from JJ's House was way off. The shoes arrived, but were not the equivalent to my 8 1/2 shoe size. I contacted JJ's House, and was directed on how to proceed. I took a picture of my foot in the shoe, which clearly showed the 3/4th inch of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. As these were advertised as "dance shoes," these shoes would be too dangerous to dance in. I just wanted them to replace the shoes in a smaller size. JJ's House never got back to me. The advertised 14 day window to return the shoes closed!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
