I was looking for a MOG dress for my son's wedding. I had several dress designers identified and when I conducted a web search, I was repeatedly directed to JJ's House. I ordered two dresses on 01. 12. 21 and promptly returned them on 02. 08. 21. They were not the designer dresses I believed I was ordering; the quality was poor in comparison to what I found at several dress shops. I used the prepaid shipping label provided by JJ's House. The return package left Ft. Lauderdale on 02. 08. 21 and was "received" in Kansas on 02. 24. 21. There were 19 email communications regarding this transaction. Rather than respond directly to inquiries, JJ's House responds via email and directs you to log onto their website and enter a ticket number. Often times, the links embedded in the email do not work. At no time during my 19 email communications was I able to speak or chat with a representative. My refund was finally received on 03. 02. 21. The entire process was frustrating. Bottom line……. Dresses were poor quality, refund process is a nightmare and shipping is very expensive.
I have ordered two items which should have been arrived so far. However, they are late and did not even bother to inform me with an e-mail. I have my wedding soon and I do not think that my order will arrive soon. Besides, I could not reach them by phone or by e-mail. I really do not get this issue and would like to return my order IF I can reach them somehow.

They have the worst customer service. I had ordered a bridesmaid dress from here for my friends wedding. It didn't fit right so I returned it. They don't have a working # and the only way to talk to anyone is through chat, and they apparently don't have access to your orders over chat so then a ticket gets put in. I had to go back and forth 15 times to get my dress returned and refunded correctly. Dont order from them they are based in Hong Kong and clearly don't know what the $#*! they are doing and try to rip you off any chance they can get!

Placed an order almost a month ago, no order & good luck trying to get in contact with someone. Checked with their customer service prior to placing order re: shipping & return policy, items ordered were not "custom" but standard size items, seems I was sold a lot of bs, when I stated to cancel my order they then responded they would only refund 40% of my almost $300 that they debited right away. How are these people able to get away with this nonsense? Does anyone have advise how to resolve with these people? Can the Better Business Bureau help?

Fiancé bought a dress and didn't like the way it fit, sent it back tags and all in the box with the return label they told us to print and waited the "30 days" for the money to be returned. They just stalled, had no customer service then told us we need receipts from the post office as proof lol... We didn't get our money back. Currently filing a dispute now. Don't waste your time.

I order 4 chiffon wraps. I needed to return two of them. All codes they sent me to process return were not accepted as authentic though I tried day after day to get either of the two to be accepted. In on line chatting with customer service, they were of no help and when I persisted that nothing was working, she messaged me a label that was so small it was totally blurred when I tried to print it. I told her that there was still a problem and could she help me further, she instantly discontinued my on line chat. I believe I got this run-around as they never intended to let me return them. I also order a mother of the bride dress that could not be returned because it was a final sale. The floor length dress wrinkled so badly that I could not even consider wearing it for the wedding. Have to donate to resale shop.

I ordered a mask and a dress standard size not custom made for my daughter and paid the $29 expedited shipping to receive product within 2-5 days of order. I received mask 5 days later and contact about dress and they state I will not receive it until over a week later than expected that they were still working on dress and it was being Taylored. Again I ordered from their standard dresses not custom made. I get a response and they closed my review on their page because they state I received my order which I do not deny I received the mask but still missing dress! After seeing some bad reviews, I hesitated to place an order with JJ's House, but am so glad I went ahead. The dresses & shawls I ordered are beautiful and exactly as shown & described on JJ's website. JJ's made it quite clear that in addition to shipping time of 10-15 days, I should allow construction time as garments are made to order. JJ's also showed iniative & exceptional customer service contacting me by email to clarify my order & ensure it was all understood. I ordered standard size 14 with the view that I could alter down to size 12 if required, however the 14 is a close fit. So perhaps sizes are towards the smaller end of the scale (generally in some clothing brands I am a size 12, but in others I am a size 14 as with JJ's House), so it's important to be realistic about your size and allow for some more generous room if needed when ordering. Dresses were packaged well and delivered as expected in great condition & on time. Exceptional service all round. I will definitely order from JJ's House again.

I purchased a dress and jacket from JJ's House. The clothing shipped exactly on the date committed. I am very impressed by the material and craftmanship of the dress and jacket. However, the dress looked far better on the 95 pound model in the photo than it did on me.
I was pleasantly surprised that JJ's House has a very flexible return policy for their items. It was a bit of a challenge interacting with customer service, but they did provide me with a partial credit off my first purchase to buy a replacement dress. I thought this was more than fair.
The only downsize was DHL was unwilling to deliver the dress until I paid a $65.00 invoice for customs and duty. In retrospect, I did not pay tax on the original purchase, so I should have expected this additional charge.
I have recommended that my daughter purchase her bridesmaid's dresses through the site. The clothing and overall experience with JJ's House, has exceeded my expectations.

I love the fact that they allow you to add your own measurements for every dress so you get the perfect fit. I saw this one dress worn by Lisa from Blackpink and I found it on this site. It looks absolutely stunning and fits like a glove. I love the detailing and the quality. This dress looks like it will last for a while.
The shipping did take a while about 2.5 weeks because the dresses needed to be tailored but that's to be expected.

I threw my shoes out as soon as they arrived. Its purely fabric and its warped from the glue holding everything together. Theres no solid base so even a few hours of dancing would make these fall apart. Dont buy these!

Good product, really liked the flower girl dress. Got a follow up email to leave a review and get $21-$41 off my next purchase. I left a review but then got an email for $30 off my next purchase of $200 or more which the first email did not say so was a little disappointed with that

For the most part I have received very consistent and high quality service from JJ's. Usually the merchandise arrives in a timely manner and if something is not available, I am notified accordingly. For the most part, I find the value of the product to be quite good and the prices very reasonable. The cocktail dresses are an especially high quality category. I can only think of one instance where the shoes I ordered were not comparable to what I thought I had ordered in style or quality, and one other instance where a piece of jewelry needed repair after arrival. I especially appreciate being able to obtain evening wear, wraps, and shoes which coordinate with one another for modest prices. Thanks!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
