Jjshouse.com is so easy to browse and the ease of entering my own custom measurements is so convenient! The extra fee for custom measurements is considerably low compared to having all the alterations done by a third party. Their prices, quality, and customer service are top notch! Processing time is lightning fast too! I received my 3 gowns (2 were custom sizing) in just a couple of weeks! I did pay for expedited shipping but they more than exceeded my expectations. I wear a size 9. The sizing chart said to order a size 42. Beautiful shoes, however 1 inch too big. I am having to pay another $6.00 to return on top of the original $10.00 for shipping. And wait almost another month to receive them and pray that the size 41 fits! These are my wedding shoes, love them. If not would of gotten in another place.

I ordered my dress as a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding and it was perfect when it came in! I used the measurements on the site and ordered a size 8, I'm 140lbs 34B and usually size 6 however the website recommended a size 8 and it is a bit too big. I will have the straps altered up but overall the shipping was fast and the quality is incredible. Gorgeous mist blue satin dress. Thank you jjs house!

We ordered a bridesmaid dress from here just recently and now suddenly we are expected to pay duty on it. It said JJS HOUSE CANADA - and seeing that we expected that it would mean that it was going to be shipped to us from within Canada. But nope. It isn't. It really annoys me that it never said anywhere on there that it would charge import fees. ALSO just the fact that it is claiming to be a Canadian company and then suddenly it's coming from China?
It's super frustrating.

This website is a total scam. I ordered a wedding dress in my exact measurements and they sent a dress so big I could have fit another person in it with me! They would not allow me to return it or give me any money back! It's not like I'm just made of money and can waste $200 on a dress that's 3 times too big for me! They have NO phone number and their customer service is horrendous and they take their sweet time getting back to you. Then my mother ordered a dress by them and they sent her dress too small. We asked to return it and they are asking for a photo of the dress. Well, their site is kicking me out and I can't get it to accept any photos I'm taking. Words cannot describe HOW ABSOLUTELY LIVID I AM. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.

I love JJ's House! I purchased now a total of six dresses, two for my mother and four for my self. I got them on sale, all under $60 USD, and I wasn't expecting much for the price but boy, was I plesantly surprised! The quality of the fabrics, details and the sewing work is great, so far I had only one issue with a zipper in one of the dresses - that was an actually easy fix. The sizes are good fit generally, so I would recommend to order maybe a size up as the dresses can be easily tailored if needed. I have ordered size 2 for my self, I am 115lbs and 5,1ft so my problem is that they are too long as I am very short (again, nothing mayor). I definitely recommend this site if you are looking for elegant, affordable dresses.

I have ordered 4 dresses from JJ's House in the past 2 months. Yes, they take awhile to come but they did work with me on an expedited order. The color scheme changed at the last minute for one son's wedding. Two dresses had been custom made so naturally I didn't request a cancelation for those. The company was fantastic in processing my refund even though it was past the date (had not shipped yet). The dresses I did get were good, I just don't have a model's body. My daughter is very pleased with her dress as well and will definitely wear it in the future.
