I purchased 3 wedding dresses and it took a month after payment for the dresses to be shipped. The dresses have still not been delivered and although I have given the company proof via royal mail who conformed in writing my order hasn't been delivered, they have still refused to give me a refund. They will only give me 50% of my money back. The customer service is disgusting and I am forced to seek further action. Please do not purchase from this scam company!
We bought two dresses for my nephews wedding. One dress was perfect and the other didn't fit. I used the online chat to speak with a "real" assistant not a virtual one. She was fabulous! We picked a new dress with specific measurements and when it arrived it was perfect! I returned the dress that didn't fit a few days ago and will receive a refund once they receive it! Incredible customer service! I would absolutely purchase from this site again!

The shipping options are very misleading. I paid $25 for 2-day shipping because I had a rush order. After paying they said it took 5 days to process before shipping. Based on the current estimate it will actually take 10 days to get my order. I would never have paid for expedited shipping if I had known it would take so long. I can't comment on the quality because my order hasn't arrived yet, but beware!

I didn't know what underskirt to choose for my wedding dress, but an agent not only helped me choose the best underskirt, it was obvious that she was knowledgeable and service oriented. She rushed my order to get it out the same day, I wasn't necessarily in a rush to get it since my wedding is in May, she was just simply going above and beyond. I recently received my order and its PERFECT. It gives my dress the poof I needed, and is made with great quality at an amazing price.

I bought 4 dresses for a 10 year old to try as a junior bridesmaid. She is at an awkward stage, not a child, not a teen and difficult to fit. We liked one, a chiffon material. The satin dresses were very wrinkled and did not fit well in the waist. I asked for a return label to send back the 3 we didn't like and was told they will only credit me 40% of the 3 dresses and it's a store credit not a refund. I was cautioned by customer service that I "should have read the refund policy they dont provide dresses to "try on."" I used their pre paid label and shipped the package USPS with tracking on 11/17. The package arrived at a USPS distribution center on 11/24 where it was delivered to a "third party shipper" per JJs label. Today is 1/1 and JJs says they don't have the return. I can't track it because I don't know who their carrier is and I can't get anyone at JJs to respond with anything other than we will check on it and then I don't hear anything. I have contacted them 5 times, most recently on 12/19 and yet to have a response on where my package is now. By the way- they offer people $30 to leave a good review. I wish I had done something else and not tried to deal with a Chinese company. Customer Service is in Hong Kong. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache, oh and BBB rates them an F.

Beautiful dress that my daughter loved

I ordered a hat for my wife as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks ago. It is now Christmas Eve and I haven't received it. I tried to track it online but the website did not recognise my order number so I contacted them on the live chat thing. I was told that I'd get it around January 9th. Presumably they strap the item onto the back of a tortoise and point in the approximate direction. Assuming it's coming from the U.S. I could row the Atlantic, pick it up and row back in less time. First and last time I use them.

This company is a joke. They have items listed, but when you go to check out it suddenly says "the item just went out of stock" that is ridiculous... they said it was because its high demand and things sell out quickly... sure!
Also their customer service rep said:
"We told you there is some color difference for the 2 lace applique and you want to change the 2 color applique and 45*90cm white lining fabric to 2/1 yards of lining fabric. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We will keep the original fabric: 2 lace applique and 45*90cm white lining fabric and arrange the shipment as soon as possible.
That order started three weeks ago... and they still haven't communicate clearly what they are sending!
I do not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't like to waist their time.

Received a dress from them, returned it because I did not like it. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not received a refund. Their customer service states they have yet to receive my package. When I attempt to track the package (with the tracking number from THEIR shipping slip they provided) my package cannot be tracked. Coincidence? I think not. Pretty sure this is a complete scam

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
