Ti fanno pagare di più per avere la consegna rapida e poi il tuo ordine non arriva in tempo. Ho pagato €33 euro per la consegna in 3-6 giorni, ne sono passati 20 e non è ancora arrivata. A me serviva per un occasione importante, quindi appena lo riceverò (se lo riceverò) farò il reso. E chissà quanto ci vorrà per avere il rimborso! Inoltro, se mandi due mail per chiedere informazioni ti rispondono pure quasi scocciati dicendo di aver già risposto! Mai visto un servizio clienti peggiore!

I wanted a pendent with just one name. Thats why i talked with customer service. They said just put N/A instead of another name. I did the same. When i got the pendant, it was having one name and also N/A. I am very dissatisfied. I am not able to wear that pendant now.

This site is amazing to buy clothes! I just love it.
I have ordered 3 items, one was by mistake. I immediately contacted online help and cancelled that one item and I was promised to get a full refund for the cancelled item which was $31 plus it's shipping cost. But I have received just $13 and the Customer service email says it's for the canceled item! They mention the right item number cancelled but much lower refund!
Another point is that the website shipping time info is vague. I ordered some gifts at the end of NOVEMBER and after ordering it says expected delivery is Jan the 9th! So, be aware if you need your order by a certain time!
Plus, don't believe coupon promises. I got a message to write a review with picture and get a $50 credit! I honestly was satisfied with my purchase and I did. But the gave my very hard time, asking to copy paste the offer, copy paste my review, since they couldn't find the review!... and finally offered me $30 us coupon but for a purchase limit of over about $270! And much more back and forth and funny, time limited coupon offers! And sometimes when you apply the coupon, you'll notice the shipping cost is more than the shipping cost for the exact same order made by your neighbor. It happened to me and the customer service does not admit it!
So, don't waste your time writing reviews for coupon. Specially, if not satisfied by your purchase, since all these false reviews deceive other purchasers!
