Recently purchased a flower girl dress for my daughter from this website and it did not fit. So I spent the next 3HOURS trying to upload a photo that is required during the return process and trying to get a hold on someone on a chat. I never was able to get ahold of anyone cause I was constantly kicked from even trying to start a chat and it would freeze the whole site. Do I think this website is a scam? 100%! It should never be that hard to get a hold of someone or return an item. I just want my full refund!

Bought dress and returned the ff day and email the proof. I emailed again the proof fr canada post tracking that they received it april 19 2021 and now May 12 2021 they did not email me back and haven't received the refund yet. Upon writing this, i got email fr them at around 4:35 MT may 12, asking for order no after 2 follow ups. They are not true to their promise that refund will take to 5-10 days once they received the item!

I bought a prom dress from JJS House and when it arrived it wasn't nearly as nice as the photo on their website indicated and it also wasn't a good fit. I followed their return guidelines and received an email from them with a returns authorisation form. I then returned the dress for a refund using a Tracked Mail service. JJS house now has the returned dress and hasn't issued a refund. The first time I querried my refund, I was told I didn't request a returns authorisation which I clearly did and have the evidence to back this up. Every time I query when my refund will be processed they advise me via email that it will be processed in 24-48 hours, but they never issue my refund. This has been going on for weeks. I would warn anyone not to make a purchase from JJS House as they don't issue refunds as promised. Don't purchase from JJS House! My experience with them has been AWFUL! They just keep on fogging me off with emails promising that they will issue my refund but don't ever do so.

As it's now prom season, many people are looking to buy dresses for the big night! My friend and I recently got prom dresses from JJsHouse and we love them!
This black one fit my friend really well and it looked so good on her. I really loved the blue one that I shared in the picture (the back is my favorite :)) Her's was about $150usd while mine was only $89! We did get it tailored/custom sizing so that does cost extra.
The quality of these are just so amazing for it's price and I'm so glad I didn't spend more than what I did because paying hundreds of dollars for a dress for this one night is erm not exactly worth it so definitely check out their website if you're interested in buying ANY kind of dress!

I prefer a dress over a month ago and still have not revived it. They online chat person said she could not help me have me a ticket number" and promised I would hear from someone is 24 hours. Over a week later have not heard. This website is a SCAM. DO BOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I believe the best way to judge a company is to see how they react when something is not right, the dress they sent me was the wrong size and the bag i ordered was not the colour i wanted, they were great they offered me a number of options from discount to just sending them back for a refund. They responded promptly, i decided to take the discount on the dress and have it altered myself (as I am not a standard size anyway) but sent the bag back, i got my refund promptly and they provided me with the postage label for the return. I could not have asked for better service. I have purchased from them a few times now and have bought lots of different things for my daughters wedding, they have all been top quality, well made, and excellent value. I would not hesitate to buy again and recommend to others.

I just took a chance on the final sale dresses of no returns. However, I knew at that price, if the dresses didn't fit me I would find a friend who could wear it or them. The size 6 is fine unless it is a fitted dress. Then it is a little to tight, only because I gained a little weight. When the 5 pounds go off the dresses will go on comfortably and look great.

Bought a dress for my daughter which we got 2days after ordering! And the quality was way more than expected. Came out as on picture but more than what I expected. Daughter and I fell in love with it instantly. Ordered shoes with it but cancelled it before they shipped it out and they were helpful as well with me getting my refund back.

I ordered a size 8 dress and it didn't fit well. I immediately submitted for a refund and was sent the shipping label. I dropped the package off at the post office on April 9th. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have not received my refund. I tried to track the package and the information provided says the package was picked up by shipping agent on 4/10. No other information is available on the site which I believe is because the dress was picked up by a 3rd party and not in the hands of USPS anymore. I requested a status last week and was told the dress had not been received in their system. I have already purchased and received the new size but the refund should not take this long. I will never order anything again and if I don't get my refund I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges of both dresses.

This website is actually terrible do not trust them with your money! I paid $25 for expedited shipping since my event is on the 7th and it won't come until the 19th and i ordered it on the 29th. What type of bull$#*! is that! UPDATE: so i canceled my order and requested a refund and they said because of the given circumstances they would give me a 100% refund plus shipping fee back. They asked me to take down my previous review on this website which i did. I never got my refund and gave them 12 hours to refund my money after the 24 hours and still haven't gotten an email back. So not only have i been scammed once by this website, but twice.

It was useful to order the samples, to work out the perfect colour for my Mother of the Bride dress. However when I ordered the dress in my usual size it was too big. I then had to send it back and order a size down. The postage is really expensive, so that was a cost I wasn't expecting. Having said that the dress is really beautiful and I had good customer service.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress off this site - absolute nightmare! The dress was poor quality - I am a size 8 AUS and it was just not as pictured on the website. The bridal team and I had considered getting another dress from the site BUT the refund process was outrageous. After sending the dress back I realised that JJ's House would not refund the GST - they didn't say this outright - the refund price was just a lot lower than I expected. This turned into an email war with them - they 'offered' 50% GST refund and I had to fight to get 100%. Just not ok. They also keep offering discount codes for reviews, however once completed, the discount codes provided did not work for me. When this was brought to their attention, the best they could do was give me a a discount code requiring a higher purchase value. A TOTAL SCAM. We have gone elsewhere for our bridesmaid dresses. Please see photos for email exchange. Hope this helps others looking at this website. If you need a refund for whatever reason make sure they give you GST back!

After two to three weeks after ordering my prom dress they emailed me saying that my credit card I used was challenged? They just told me that they canceled it and if I still wanted my dress to order it and pay with PayPal. They only emailed me this after I emailed them asking if my dress had already been shipped. Yeah so now I'm stuck with no prom dress! Hope this company gets there $#*! together because I don't plan on ever buying from them and if any one of my friends try to even buy from them I'll tell them their wasting their time and money.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
