This dress was purchased made for measure for my niece. The dress was a perfect fit, as you'd expect. The material was nice and it was good quality. She opted for the dress to be 2 inches longer due to wearing heels, as a result it is floor length even in heels. She was also pleased that it is a supportive dress and she will not need to wear a bra, despite being big busted.
We ordered a dress for our son's mid May wedding in early March. It took JJs 65 days to process the order (not 15 as advertised). Also, if you pay 25.00 for expedited shipping, your package is slow shipped from China (or wherever), and spends God knows how long in the states on the way from Florida to New Jersey where it is sent to you via 3 Day Mail service. It arrived a week after the special event. When you complain or seek refunds they give a small percentage off so you are totally fleeced. We had to rush to buy another dress last minute. Advice: Stay away from JJs if you want something on time for a special occasion. I could go on I am so livid.

It's a long story but they received my return but never returned my money. I have the UPS number with the signed signature but still they are fighting me?

We paid for expedided shipping, yet our item isn't here and shipping occur 11 days ago. The agent said she was only a pre-sales agent and we needed to email another team. We had filed a complaint last week asking about shipping and we were told we would hear back from the shipping team within a day-yet no word.
I sit online now, as I type with an agent wanting to know about a refund of shipping fees, just going in circles. Actually I am still on the line with the rep who continues to tell me that she has "created a ticket for me". The rep continue to tell me that she can't refund and that no supervisor can get on the chat with me. The rep tells me that she has no authority.
Basically, what I have gathered from this experience is that paying more $$ for shipping doesn't mean anything. Just go with the basic shipping... please allow for extra time... extra alterations... frustrations... chatting online and hope for the best. I only wish that my daughter had started shopping earlier and that we could have enjoyed this experience together.

When I online chatted with the company and only wanted to buy what I thought was off-the-shelf items that were in the sale!?... I did get assured I could return and get refunded but she rather indicated that they were made to measure!. So I wasn't supposed to order three!?!... so I think she was a bit confused:
But the worst part is their website says you can print the return label:(this took me three emails begging for the the label) and I didn't get the impression it was free but maybe I didn't read it properly but the price of postage is exorbitant cost me 20+ pounds get the items in the first place and another £3 to send one back!. I find that outrageous in this day and age!

I bought two sizes, same dress, I didn't have enough time to get it wrong. I payed with my card and then a few days after I got an email saying they haven't charged me anything but that they were not going to send the dresses until I sent a picture of my ID and a picture of my credit card, can you believe that: Have you ever had a request like that before? I emailed them after my wedding saying please give me my money back and they said that they were going to send me only one size of the dresses. What part of I want my money back for a product I haven't receive are they not understanding?

Bought a gorgeous chiffon and lace dress on final sale. I was nervous because I knew I could not return in. I followed the measuring guidelines, which indicated I should order a 6. It arrived quickly, as promised, and was so pretty! The bodice needed to be taken in a bit for the best fit, and the dress is designed with alternations in mind, so I was able to do it myself! As I'm 5' 1-1/2", the dress needs to be hemmed as well unless I plan to wear stilts or stand on a small box throughout the event. Buying this dress on a terrific sale gave me insight for future orders. Get out a tape measure or a piece of string and a yardstick and take careful measurements! Do not order based on your usual clothing brand size. A custom option is just a little more and might be the best way to go--check the size guide. I am very happy with my dress. The details are so pretty! I will definitely be back!

Ordered a dress and Jacket, poor quality material and finish, returned the items accepted I need to pay a return fee, however they fail to mention they deduct nearly 30% of the feeding price, lost £44.00 on £138 in postage and taxes, it's a scam, don't use this company

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
