Beautifully made dress, gorgeous, luxurious fabric. Unfortunately it is too big. I have a large bust which doesn't correspond with under bust and back measurements so the inset bra doesn't hold breasts in place as dress is too big at the sides and across the back
I think JJ's need to request more measurements for custom made dresses.
JJ's customer care and attention to detail is second to none. I cannot fault them in anyway as had the top of dress fitted, it would have been my dream wedding dress.

I have attempted to contact customer support on several occasions with no reply.
This is disgusting behaviour from a company and my 1 year old niece will now miss out on the beautiful gold necklace I ordered as a keep safe for her.

I paid extra to have custom size, which i double checked my measurements, and when i got the dress it was almost as if they completely ignored the measurements i put in. The dress was very badly made, and obviously did not fit at all. I could not zip it up over my butt and the cups were absolutely huge, and because i ordered a custom size i cant return so im out a lot of money.

I'm up against a deadline so once I spotted the time for delivery for the dress we wanted, I cancelled my order for a few swatches within a couple of hours. I intended to purchase the dress my mother wanted and just choosing a 'safe' colour.
No joy! 1st response from JJs House was "We are sorry that the parcel is ready to shipped now so that we cannot cancel it for you anymore". I responded that I didn't want the swatches but rather a refund before I purchased the dress, they then offered a coupon plus the swatches.
I can see that this seems to be a better result than some have had but the swatches are useless. I wonder why any company would be so determined to retain such a pittance, forsaking future sales and good customer relations. They don't seem to care about their online reputation at all, let alone global laws around online purchases and consumer rights. It's especially concerning when they have a. co.uk website that lists their address being in Cambridge UK - This should require them to be governed by UK law, no?! I would think that Hong Kong also has decent consumer rights laws around online purchases?!
I suspect most of the positive reviews I've seen for JJs House are written by the company itself or they pay 'marketing' people to write them. It's a shame as some of the dresses look cute but these are just pictures... If JJs House is so determined to keep such a small amount, refuse to cancel and refund an order before it's been shipped, they can't have any faith at all in their actual products.
Frankly I don't trust them or any company who refuse a cancellation request made within a couple of hours; publish domains for countries where they have no operations and, do not honour that country's laws. Naturally I won't be making any further purchases from them. At under £10 I've got off lightly but it's the principle and reporting this company to relevant Hong Kong, Chinese and UK government bodies seem the next best step. I wonder if the various search engines would also be interested in this company's online activities?

Absolutely the worse company. Don't order! I had to return a dress. They sent me a return label and when I asked when I could expect my refund( 3 weeks later) they told me it was sent to the wrong return address. They sent me the label. I am now out that money. Unacceptable to me

I ordered a custom mother of the bride dress and received a dress way too big. Jj's said the contract had no return on custom dresses but could give me 30% back.
They did not supply the size measurements given! Don't order!
I aldo had to provide border custom fees of just under $60 to add to the price. The seamstress has said it is a complicated alteration. I will not be wearing this dress to the wedding.

I wanted to say thank you to the customer service at JJ's House. I was nervous that I wasn't going to get my daughter's dress on time. With all the help from the email and updates we got it 5 days before her event. I truly am grateful for all your help. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a dress that wasn't under last chance category.
It took forever to get it delivered and when I finally got it the dress is a completely different dress.
It doesn't look like the photo, the color and details are awful is just a total mess.
I want to return the dress and now I get a notice saying the dress is under last chance category and I can't return it.

This has been a horrendous experience - after seeing the reviews on google I realised I made a mistake ordering from them so I quickly got in touch after purchasing the dress and asked for a refund. They said my order hadn't been shipped yet so I believe I'm entitled to a full refund as I ordered a standard size dress and no shipping costs have been paid their end.
Instead, they have offered a "A 5% refund of the items value" using the excuse that nearly all items are made to order -when it's a standard size with no tailored measurements that is not an acceptable excuse, and 5%? I'm baffled that this site has been allowed to continue operating considering it's clearly exactly the scam that so many people have written about - I admit I didn't do my due diligence in reading reviews early on, but I've never had to check whether a website is a scam before as all other clothing sites I've ordered from have been what they say they are - I've learnt to not make that mistake again.
They've managed to scam nearly £90 from me - I'm so upset that this has happened, think its a shameful business to scam people & and am shocked someone hasn't stepped in to shut this website down yet.

• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
