Do NOT order from this company! Not only will you NEVER have access to a living customer service agent (only a BOT) they will charge your credit card despite the fact that they refused to process an order. Their policy is you can only order one dress at a time. They make assumptions that you won't need more than one dress as they don't allow ordering more assuming you are only keeping 1 and returning the rest.
They emailed me stating that they could not process my order until I selected only one dress. So I cancelled that same day. They acknowledged that I cancelled. But still allowed the charge to go onto my credit card where it has not been removed for over a month. $804.
I am having to appeal this to my credit card company and PayPal.

I base my online purchases on reviews. Since it was difficult to shop in person during Covid, I decided to give JJs house a try, especially since every product I looked at had ONLY positive reviews posted. The shoe size chart is a JOKE. I ordered one pair according to "American" measurement and 7 1/2 = 40. The shoes arrived too big. So I decided to go in the "pre sales chat" where I was advised to order the SAME SIZE 40 by the "stylist"! I then explained that I already did that and the shoes were huge. So, she tells me to use the measurement where you trace your foot. Okay, I did that and ordered according to that. Now shoes are too small. So after paying for the shoes and "expedited shipping" (joke) TWICE I cannot wear either of the shoes. Now the dress. Oh my, was this the worst thing I ever could have imagined. The fit was WRONG despite me giving METICULOUS measurements for the custom order. The "waist" sits right under my chest and then balloons out. Maybe something suitable for a flower girl and not a mature woman such as myself. The lace is heavy and the color is off from the Cinnamon Rose giving a the dress an orange hue. The inserted bra does not fit and cannot be removed unless I spend more money taking it to a local tailor on an already hideous dress. I am out a great deal of money and out of 3 orders, can only use 2 handbags SOMEDAY when a garment I own might match. They offered me minimal refunds but communication via email is very confusing. I feel the worst part of the whole experience is them NOT POSTING my reviews, which means perhaps they do not post other real experiences by other customers who experience problems. I have looked but do not see any. How many people might have been spared this aggravation and cost if ALL REVIEWS are posted so the consumer can make an informed decision? I feel cheated by this company with such an underhanded practice. BUYER BEWARE.

I owe JJS'house an appology, cause finaly, it was not their fault, it was LaPoste who kept telling me that articles are not yet shipped, though they had a problem with thier system and status was updated just one day before delivery, even I called them many times but they said nothing about system problem.
I've received my dresses today (02/07/2021) as promised, quality and size are just perfect.

Client service keeps giving me links to follow shippment that never moves. Nine days since my order and nothing moves... I'm so upset, promise to deliver dresses within 5 to 12 days, it is just a lie.
Be careful when you buy at jjs'house, don't believe in 24h shipping and delivery within 5 to 12 days, it is not true.

I bought a dress, garment bag and slip for my daughters wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use regarding navigation of the site and found the perfect dress more or less straight away. My daughter gave me options to steer clear of relating to her colour palette and I found a beautiful satin dress that exudes class and elegance for an affordable price. I decided on which 3 colours I would prefer and consulted her and we came to an agreement of blushing pink. My only negative is the on screen swatches are tiny so you have to take a leap of faith. As a fuller figured woman of a certain age I knew I wanted something that was both tea-length and flattering to my shape and the dress I ordered is perfect. I cannot stress enough how easy the site is or the selection of gowns/colours to pick from. The 5* rating is because of ease of use, beautiful dresses for everyone, price and the ability to speak with someone who is more than happy and who goes completely out of their way to help you get exactly what you want.

I ordered a dress from JJ'sHouse exactly a week ago, and just this morning (6/27/21), I received an email that my delivery was signed for. I did NOT get my package. I asked my neighbors if they signed for it, but they didn't. Never ONCE has a package gone missing or my neighbors signed a package of mine. I checked my order on the JJ'sHouse website to see that it had been delivered, and it says it won't be delivered until July 3. This website is a scam. I am so disappointed. Please don't take your chances and order from a website you know you can trust.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress 3 months ago for my sister's wedding. A month later, I got confirmation that it had shipped and been delivered but when I checked the tracker, it said was delivered to a state that I do not live in.
After multiple attempts to get in touch with customer service, they're telling me that "if the dress arrives back at the warehouse, they will reship it to me at the proper address." My original order form had my correct address on it so it is not my fault that this dress was delivered to the wrong place.
They're incredibly unresponsive. The customer service is just a nameless, slow to respond generic email. They keep sending me customer service surveys to be completed for 15% off instead of just fixing the problem.
I spent $130 on this dress. The wedding is readily approaching.

I am pleased with the finish of the dress overall, but have had to pay to have it altered professionally, despite my daughter's measurements matching your size guides. I have also had to remove the bra pads, which were a visible white colour with red stitching and very much spoilt the look of the dress. I have had to replace them with nude coloured pads instead.

I bought two dresses to try on during the pandemic. While they are admittedly nice dresses, they weren't the fit or the color that I wanted so I have been attempting to return them. After numerous emails, I sometimes get "please indicate the problem" which I do and then no response until a few emails later saying " please indicate the problem". It is circular and I do not think they have any intention to follow their published return policy.

DO NOT USE! I ordered a flower girl dress and 6 bridesmaid dresses. The flower girl dress was such poor quality it looked like a fancy dress outfit! It looked very cheap and tacky. I went to get a refund and they said they don't return vat or the delivery cost. I paid £60 for the dress and got a £42 refund after spending weeks arguing with them. The bridesmaid dresses were not true to Size even though we all measured ourselves and got the sizes the website recommended. The stitching was poor quality, one of the dresses had a hole in it and they were all different shades of the same colour. They were all £108 each. The delivery cost was a joke on top of that at £71. Stay away from this site and saves yourselves weeks of stress and problems!

I recently ordered 5 swatches and paid $18.63 using a credit card. I was told it would take 3-10 days to received them. Five weeks later, still no swatches and when they investigated they told me that the swatches were coming Global Collect not prepaid! When I complained, I had no response, no refund and no swatches!
I tell everyone about Jjshouse. My dress is so beautiful, not expensive at all and very quickly made and dispatched, I still can't believe. At the beginning I was a bit scare, because this is very cheap, but when I saw my dress, made and arrived in 2 weeks, I was speechless. Absolutely Beautiful, can't wait for my wedding day

Very easy to order, and the colour swatch service is superb. We weren't sure which colour of dress to order (colours always look a bit different on the computer monitor) so we spend a few pounds to order a few swatches in. Then, we ordered the dress and it was absolutely perfect! The exact colour we both agreed on and fit my bridesmaid perfectly.

I've been trying to return two dresses for ten days, I've filled in the webform twice and sent multiple emails with no response. The phone number on the website doesn't work and it states anything returned to the address on their website will not be returned. So frustrating and a complete waste of time and money!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.
