Well my dress never came so I can't say much about the quality of material. But I know the customer service sucks. I didn't get my dress and they claim they can't do anything about it. Well they took my money so they darn well should be able to do something about it. Feels a lot like a scam to me. I want my money back!
I ordered a prom dress from JJsHouse.com. The company are very helpful and keen to make sure your happy. The black ball gown arrived and my daughter loved it. She looked amazing. She 5 10 and it was the perfect length.
It is a scam! I would not recommend using this company. They are unprofessional, unreliable and will not return or refund regardless of tags or in the package. They refused to return or refund to anyone about anything and then they stop responding to your emails after you continually try to ask for one.

I had made a purchase from JJ"S house back in May2021 and after waiting over a month for my dress to arrive, JJ"S claimed the dress had been delivered, but it was not, I founded out the carrier had left it in my front door but I never saw the package which only meant it was stolen and there for the company should reimburse me and after sending about 20 emails to this horrible company till this very day they have not return my money, they took $115 from me, please I urge you to think twice about this company, they don't give a dam about their customers only about getting their money, now I have to go to court to start a claim against them.

Dress came within a week of ordering! Beautiful quality and colour was perfect! I had ordered the wrong size so sent the dress back to reorder the right size, the returns allows you 14 days to return the item which was plenty time for me to get it back in time! Really happy with my experience and the online preorder chat feature is perfect for a helping hand if its needed!
I purchased a mother-of-the-bride pants suit. It was not made to my specific measurements nor was it a final sale purchase. It was for a normal size. The return policy states that there are no returns for custom sized items or final sale items. AGAIN I ordered a regular size NOT custom size nor was it a final sale. The policy also states that you can return it if you just don't like it. My reason was that the top was almost too small and the pants were way too large. I intended to order something without lining after I returned the one I bought. It is going to cost me a fortune to have it altered. I am hoping that Google will discontinue showing Jjs House website. I will be spreading the word about your lying return policy to as many places as I can.

After multiple emails and chats, I am still waiting for the Newgistics return label and shipping instructions for the two standard dresses and shawl I ordered. I selected "Option 4" Return Items for Refund". Still waiting for email response from JJ's House. Hoping they will resolve this. This is bad customer service.

My dress+jacket costed 77$.
The delivery cost as more than 40$. I had to harass them to receive my package more than 2 month after the order.
When I received it I add to pay an unexpected taxes (48$).
The problem is not only the time & the price but the energy I had to invest to receive my package. The customer service is horrible.
And the dress, not exactly what I expected.
I don't recommend it at all!

I recently ordered some colour swatches from JJ's house and I was extremely pleased with what I received.
Delivery was fast, the samples were fantastic quality and very large so you could really get a feel for the colour and material and I will now be going on to order my bridesmaids dresses and matching ties - I haven't been able to get an exact colour match anywhere else!
Will definitely recommend the website to friends.
I received a dress that does not fit. I have written a few emails to return it and also contacted them through chat which should respond within 24 hours. They issued a ticket and I have not heard back from them. They claim you have to return within 14 days, but apparently ignore the emails to stall for time. I am extremely unhappy with their customer service. The dress did come in the expected time frame and is very pretty; it just does not fit properly. I should not have such issues trying to return it and get my refund.

I ordered shoes for my wedding and received them in a timely manner. I really liked the product that was shipped but they were to big. So I did as the asked and shipped them to their warehouse. It was the address given on my return label. I waited 1 month and never got my money back. When I emailed them 3-5 times asking where my refund was, all they could say was "we rechecked and your shipment hasn't been received. Please provide your tracking number". I unfortunately can't find my return receipt after a month later so now I'm out the $65. All I wanted was a smaller size. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered shoes, they arrived wrongly sized and looked cheap and tacky. Order was £77 but they only refunded £50. Total rip off. Avoid.

Terrible customer service. Low quality dresses for the price. Shipping takes forever. Returns are a nightmare. Overall absolutely awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Before checkout they ask you to check off a disclosure bix they doesn't allow returns of samples which they will tell you all their merchandise is. So you will not be refunded.

I want to use JJ's House for my wedding party and they have been fantastic. I ordered colour samples from them as the colours online look different from the actual thing. They came quickly and didn't cost the earth. Fabric is lovely and good quality. I have already placed an order for three more dresses. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
