June 29th placed an ordered Veil, Bouquet, Jewelry, slip, Tiara. Payment cleared bank, shipping 3-7days. By end of July order was still processing, so you can't call for customer service, you have to send email. They returned email stating I needed to take pic of credit card and send it third party, I said no, want a refund. Wedding in Aug. Still waiting for refund! It is bad enough that you are stressed out about final details of wedding plans. Grrrrrr.

I Purchased a dress from this site with shipping between 15-30 days, back on June 19th 2021 and never received the item. Reach out to them (ReadMob Tech, that's the company's name) and they showed me tracking on their end that the dress was delivered on July 3rd. The same tracking on my end showed 'NO STATUS Available'. I sent a screen shot of the tracking that they provided me showing that the Item is not delivered and that there isn't a status of delivery available, I asked for a refund which I have yet to recieved and on top of that they are no longer responding. I've now escallated the issue with Paypal ( where I made the payment from; I would NOT encourage anyone to buy from them but if you do, plan to accpet the loss should your Item not be delivered to you. They are, as far as my experience, a dishonest company. Purchase at your own risk. I iwll never buy from tthem and will not encourage anyone who ask me about the site to not purchase. I will stick to more reputable local companies. These Chineese comapanies make it hard for new honest online businesses to attract customers becuase of their scams dishonesty and poor quality of products. Be very careful with their Facebook ads, they lure you in and steal your money and send you items that isnt close to what they adverstised, always do your research. Lesson learned,

I was hesitant, an online prom dress? I had assurances from friends and wow. The dress is stunning and fitted my daughter like a glove ( worth getting it made to measure).

I order sone costume jewelry on May 28 2021 jjshouse time frame 8-10 days it has been almost 2 months. I also sent emails my items are at a facility with no city or state and I have had no response. Requested refund for my money again no response

Great service. Speedy delivery swatches are a good size to use when chosing other items. Big enough to give you a good idea of the fabrics and their colours. Will definitely be ordering more products soon

I ordered two colour swatches on June 16th. They were not shipped until July 7th and did not arrive until July 21st, a month and 5 days after I'd ordered them. I'd already lost hope that they would arrive and found dresses locally. (I'm so glad I didn't order dresses and was only stuck waiting for swatches!) I asked for a refund on the swatches since they were no longer useful to me because of the delay. They simply stated that they do not offer refunds on swatches and " will definitely try to improve [their] shipping service in the future." This response was not helpful to me and did not instill hope that they would be of any help with future issues. I will not be returning and would not recommend them unless you have more than enough time to wait on their leisurely pace and do not expect customer support.

I bought a bolero scarf on JJs House for my friends wedding where Im going to be a bridesmaid. Something I had to regret deeply after. The payment of 412 SEK went through but I never got a confirmation on the payment or any order confirmation! I contacted customer service hoping they would help me and find the payment and send the product since I sent them evidence of that the payment went through, but to my surprise and disappointment they only responded that it could take a few days since its a foreign payment… So there I was waiting and waiting. No update, so I logged into my JJs page today, only to see that they had CANCELED my order WITHOUT telling me! No email no nothing! Wow! I lack words to describe how BAD this customer service is! I still haven't received my money back and they haven't updated me.
So I would have waited on their response and never received the product and missed it. Since I am going to be a bridesmaid for my friends wedding wouldn't been able to wear the dress without this bolero scarf (for modesty reasons). UNBELIEVABLE for being a shop who sells clothes for something so IMPORTANT like wedding clothes! Who has to be ALL about timing! If I could find this particular product somewhere else I would have never EVER shopped here again. I'm so angry and disappointed in JJsHouse for not finding my payment nor informing me or giving me any updates on that my order was canceled. FIX your technical issues and get an better overlook of all your payments then get better customer service and them maybe it would go better for you!
Gladly, I can get my money back by making a police report and then claim my money back via my bank - which I will do! Will never shop with them again after this!

If it were possible to give zero stars, JJHouse would get no stars at all from me. It's hard to decide which is worse: their policies or service. Their return policy is completely unfair and on top of that, they charged me for shipping to return a pair of tap shoes, which were the wrong size (several sizes too small) even though their own shoe size chart is what was followed completely. It's nice that they apologized but then i had to pay for the shipping (and they recommended that i pay extra to have the shoes signed for upon them receiving them when returned). So i paid for shipping twice, and a signed-for package…they received it. Good. But then i had a credit for a repurchase…and didn't get my money back for returning it. Now, i had only 3/4 of my credit because of returning it. I was told i would have to pay for shipping again, but not the shoes, as long as my credit would cover it…no, it would not. I gave up and sat on it. For a full refund, i'd have to wait a few months. Why? No clue. Guess they like holding on to money. After a year is up, you lose all your credit. Guess what…! I lost it. Horrible policy. Do not get scammed by this company.

I ordered a dress on 6/30/21 and received it on 7/16/21. The dress did not fit and was not what I thought it would be. I have tried all morning to get in touch with someone about returning this dress and nothing! It is 7/17/21 and well before the 14 day return policy is up. The return policy is a scam! The dress I ordered was not custom and was not final sale. I tried it on and it didn't fit so I put back in the bag, no tags were removed and the dress was not worn. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this website!

I bought ceramic wedding favors for my guests and received half of them broken. The packaging had no padding. Once I contacted JJ House to ask for assistance they asked me to send pictures which I did. I then got an email saying the will provide a 50% store credit or a 40% refund. I selected the 40% refund as I did not want to spend more money at JJ House. Today I received a $55 credit to my PayPal account. They gave me a $55 credit on a $460 bill (not 40%). I am now left with a $405 bill and a bunch of garbage because they didn't properly pack the shipment. The price is attractive but you are buying garbage. BE CAREFUL!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
