I ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses from JJsHouse. When they originally showed up I loved the color and they felt like decent quality for the price. After looking at them closer 2 of the dresses had oil stains on them, I emailed JJsHouse in which they refused to do anything about. I ended up having to pay to have brand new dresses dry cleaned. Fast forward to the wedding 6 of the 8 dresses broke before the ceremony. So we were running around safety pinning my bridesmaid dresses to make it down the isle... pay a little more and save yourself the headache of ordering from them. I also paid for expedited shipping (5-7 days) got them 20 days later and they also wouldn't refund the extra I paid for shipping.

No way will these be worn at my wedding, they look dated like they are from the 50's. The ruffles are upside down and the material is so cheap. Of course they will not take them back, wish I never ordered them. This so called business is shady!

Despite of the many bad reviews I am totally pleased with JJ`s house! Before my I placed my order I contacted the customer service to ask them about the return process and EDD. They answered every question in 10 mins. The lady in the chat seemed very reliable, so I placed my order. And it arrived 5 days earlier!

I ordered 3 flower girl dresses from here and even payed an extra ($60!) For it to reach here quicker due to my wedding being soon. I waited anxiously the whole day it was suppose to get to my house just to check and see it will be a week later. (Who knows if it'll even reach then and my wedding will be over!) I ordered this in hopes of it reaching the day it said and it was and that was a lie! There is also no number to call or anyone to get ahold to see what's up with the order or why... please save yourself the heartache! I'm heartbroken beyond words!

I needed a dress in under a week for an event, and it definitely delivered. Make sure to look at the reviews, but I had managed to find a dress that wowed my friends. They have great sales, and I found a beautiful dress for £47
Ordered a dress, with custom sizing because I am short. The dress came in completely out of proportion, with breasts pad inserts located higher than armpits (see middle dress in the photo). The sizing of the dress is completely off because the torso is truncated in a bizarre way. The dress proportion does not correspond to human anatomy.

The telephone never rings, nobody is there and the accounts are dormant (and I bet they pay no taxes paid in UK either...).
I ordered a dress made to measure. They challenged and changed my measurements and of course the dress was ill-fitting. It was for my daughter's wedding so I had to pay for emergency alterations work.
Jjshouse denied all responsibilities and, despite promising it, refused to refund.
So it is off to the small claim court we go.

Ordering swatches and suits- no problem but when they arrived both suits would not zip up to the top of the waistband as the zips jammed at the thicker band of material. This was before I put them on so it wasn't a fitting issue but a tailoring problem.
I took them to a tailor at our dry cleaners and he said that the seamstress should have turned the material (not sure what he meant) and that the zips needed taking out and re setting. A third suit that I had bought in your sale did not have the same problem. The styles and colours were fine and Cinnamon Rose colour is gorgeous!
You offered a 40% refund which should help cover the repairs and I am grateful for your swift reply as I am hoping they will be OK for my daughter's wedding.
I ordered the wrong colour so ordered the right colour this time. It came within a week so was really delighted and shocked at the speed it arrived. It was packaged well and came looking really neat and tidy. It will look good at my sons wedding
Company is a scam. Sent us a ruined dress, and argued with me regarding it. When you submit a ticket like they ask the company management ignores it and all requests made. Staff constantly lies and pretends it never happened after the fact. Company has NO ethics or morals and should be avoided at all costs.

First the dresses are well made and beautiful however... be sure you get what fits the first time because I have been unable to return 2 dresses that don't fit. I have reached out several times, as well as put in at least 3 "tickets" to make a return. It has been a full week since my first attempt, even though it says there will be a response within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the dresses, but as we all know, buying on line for some body types is very difficult.

Provided all accurate requested measurements, and more sizing info in comments, when ordering a custom order dress. The custom dress was sewn beautifully, but was made about 3 sizes too big across bust and shoulders. The collar design means it can't be altered locally and even if it could, the alterations would be substantially expensive. It looks like the company wants to make things right. I wish the dress was right as it is quite a nice piece.

The website is easy to navigate and it is easy to purchase from. I brought a ring and the sizing guide was a bit confusing so i asked for help via the online chat and was told I've been sent to someone who can help and a email will come through to help. I've yet to receive the email so I'd say communication with jj's house isn't the best / doesn't get you very far. I took a gamble with the ring size in the end and gave up hope hearing back from the people who told me on two different occasions someone will be getting in touch soon. But i would still recommend the site the purchase from as it is really affordable and straight forward when doing so I've not had a problem with ordering or receiving my orders (and loving what I've purchased) so i definitely would recommend the website to friends and family but will wish them luck if they need to communicate with those within the site.
Have bought lots of bridesmaid and also my wedding dress through them and they are beautiful and great quality. Would give 5 stars if delivery wasn't so expensive

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
