Worst customer service experience of my life. I was guaranteed a delivery date by their representative over Facebook messages- and then told the next day after ordering that it wasn't going to be delivered on time and the they would charge me partial cost for ordering - not a full refund. Do not trust them, I recommend looking on bhldn.com or lulus for fast shipping, good refund policies & professionalism. This place has been absolutely ridiculous. I have attached photos of their representative saying one thing, their production department telling me another.

This is the most horrible company Ive had to deal with. They have not met a single deadline, they state they will make a change to the order which they dont, their expedited shipping is pointless, and the quality of products are sub-par.
I was ordering some pocket squares and the colour ended up being a mistake (green instead of burgendy). They told me they will change it to the desired colour and I dont have to worry about it. I end up getting the green and their response was: Opps it was sent out before we could make the change but see if you can use it! I had to go back and forth three times to finally get them to pay for the shipping so that they can also give me a refund back. Plus they refused to give me a contact number to talke to a real person. Then the masks I ordered for my bridesmaids never made it on time and were delayed by more than a week until they finally came despite the extra shipping charge. Again unacceptable, company's problem and they decide on not even acknowledging this as their concern and problem and to give my money back.
My mom had purchased a dress from them that came 2 sizes smaller than her size and the material looked like cheap stuff on her despite the amount of money she paid for it. Same with my bridesmaids that it was all wrinkling up so fast. Do not purchase from this site. Period.

Do not buy anything from this company unless you like to be disappointed for several reasons. This is a Chinese company that ships by sea, not air. It will take two months to get what you purchased and when you do it will be a cheap version of what you saw online. There is no customer service. The chat feature on their website works but the agent tells you that he/she is only pre-sales and the only way to communicate with "after-sales" is through email. It took 8 days from the day I ordered the item online for it to be shipped. I still have not received the item I ordered and their tracking information they send in an email is not real tracking information. You can't click on a link to see the shippers tracking information. Be warned with this company ~ you will be taken for a ride and it will be costly and timely!

I ordered a standard size 14 dress for my daughters wedding in August, on the website it says for standard sizes the deliver time is 3 to 6 days. Also on the website it ask the date of your event. I ordered in plenty of time I thought, as my daughters wedding day was getting near and still no dress. I reached out to their customer service, very unhelpful said the dress would be delivered on 22nd even though the event was on 18th which they knew. Would not help to try to solve the problem and get the dress delivered for the event, very rude and unhelpful. The dress finally arrived 3 days after the wedding. I had to wear and old dress that I had. It absolutely ruined my day and still no apology from JJs house, in fact they have totally ignored my e mails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

For the price and availability just go local. The shipping times will be very off, tracking is horrible and the will loose your package. Why even bother having The return policy if they dont honour it. Dont try to get support because they will just go back and forth until you give up. If you want to do return or they aren't answering your emails just get your money back through payment method.

I ordered a wedding dress and it didn't fit, i had even measured for it. All I wanted to do is return it. Chat button was turned off and you can only email. Once I put in for the return, they told me I can't return it because it is customized. It was not customized, I ordered from.the sizes shown. Then it also said no return do to hygiene, this is a dress not underwear. Now I am out momey snd a dress for my wedding! You decide for yourself if you will

I attempted to order a custom made dress from this site and was told they were "unable to make the dress with the proportions of my body", so I ordered a standard size closest to the measurements they listed. I used a coupon code for $18 on my order. It took close to a month to arrive and was too big. I ordered the next size down which took another month or so to arrive and that also didn't fit. After several frustrating emails I was able to get return labels and returned both dresses. In addition to the shipping charges and foreign transaction fees, they deducted an additional $18 from my order because I had used a coupon. Had I not used a coupon, I would have received the entire amount (minus the shipping and foreign transaction fees. Numerous emails and many months later, they credited the $18 back. I will never use this site again and would recommend anyone else to stay clear of JJ's House. This site is totally unethical and unprofessional!

They make it very difficult to return an item. If the size is wrong. They want you to submit a picture if size is wrong or you can't continue. My mom is 92. Seriously.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE.
