I really can't complain for a wedding dress, complete with custom sizing and shipping, for only $220. Yes, some of the edges are messy, but nothing I can't personally fix. I totally recommend if your not a bridezilla and not too concerned about "the" dress. I have no doubt the dress will photograph beautifully. And really... That's all that matters!
The dress I got looked somewhat like the picture but then upon further inspection, and then putting it on, it was awful! My butt showed, the gems were scattered few and far between. The material was cheap and it was a good chunk of change! I asked for my money back and they told me to take pictures, so I did. Then they told me to buy new underwear! You can't wear it, because it will show! I'm going to my senior prom, and am not going to get kicked out for my dress, or lack there of! I just want my money back!
Terrible! The dress was not proportional, the pictured beading was missing, and it was much too long... I emailed and said I would even accept store credit, just to get a dress that was actually as described. They honestly only offered to "send me some sequins" that I could sew on MYSELF and told me to take it to a tailor. I was shocked. What a waste of $125 dollars. Terrible service! STAY AWAY.

The bigger garter is not a complete stretch band, the back uses velcro and has ribbon for tying.
Size is TOTALLY OFF! It says stretch 13-26". The small garter measures 24" MAX, and the larger garter measures 22" MAX, AND I MEANT ABSOLUTE MAX! When it's stretched to max it hurts to wear it anyway, I needed something that will fit me at 23", both HURTS!
SCAM ALERT: after I've paid for this item, there was an additional $0.11 charge on my card, after contacting JJsHouse, they say it's a foreign transaction fee that paypal usually charges them, but don't know why they charged the customer, JJsHouse asked me to contact PayPal, but I asked JJsHouse to take care of it, or refund me $0.11, but we've had maybe 10 email exchange and it's still not resolved! Although $0.11 is not a lot of money, and it's already wasting my time after the 2nd email exchange, but it's a matter of principal that I want all their customers to be aware about! I believe that JJsHouse charges this to their customers and hope that they won't notice. Honestly, if I had known about such a charge I might not be so upset right now, but the fact that there are "hidden charges" it absolutely upsets me!

I was really worried about the appearance of my prom dress (ordered it on Apr 3 and asked for it to arrive by the 18 in case I needed to fix any horrible damage, even though my prom is on the 28th of June) and it arrived a day early (today). The dress is GORGEOUS, a little bulky because of the many layers but i adore it. It is very nice quality, which is surprising because based on the reviews on this site, I was expecting something crappier. One downside was the "taxes", my mom had to hand over $70 at the door for it, don't know where the hell that came from.
I got my dress quickly, although my duty fee was $95 on top of the $300 I paid. Everything about my dress looked ok right away, but then I noticed a few things. All the stitching on the bottom of the dress (ok not stitching, GLUED ON) was falling off, there was little black spots all over the dress, and the tie for the back had a huge purple spot on it and a black smudge. Overall, these are issues that I can fix myself, and I planned on doing alterations on it anyway. But heads up, you are paying a fraction of the cost for a REASON. These are NOT well made dresses. I did not even bother trying to get them to fix it, considering the reviews I have read from others on their return policy. I only bought from these guys because I didn't want to spend much money on my dress and they had the exact design I wanted. If you want a high quality dress, SPEND THE MONEY. If you want a cheaply made dress (possibly to make your own from further alterations as I am doing) then these guys will do. Just use your brain, you are not going to get an amazing dress for $300. Just saying...
First of all I just wanna thank the good Lord, because the day before my order was suppose to arrive I had read really bad reviews on ordering from here. People were saying that there dresses were to big they looked cheap. A girl from my class said hers had black spots all on it and she had to send hers off to get it fixed. I live in Mississippi and ordered on the 28th of march an told them my event date was on the 12th and it came the day of.! Just so happened my event wasn't until the 27th of April so if I needed any alterations I would have time. I prayed from the moment I found out people were having trouble with there dresses all the way until it arrive at my front door and I opened it. Besides it being to long its a pretty good dress for the price.
I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses from JJs House they were very see through and the quilty was bad they say they will reply with in 24hours its been 3 days now I want my money back but its looking very doubtfull
I ordered a dress from JJS House. Every time I contacted customer service before purchasing the dress, they responded to my questions within 24 hours. I took my measurements following their instructions but the dress came 2” bigger than what I had ordered. So I decided to contact them to return it. I filled out the return form and attached a photo of the dress with a measuring tape to show the deviation. They did not get back to me within 24 hours as they did before purchasing the dress. I sent 6 more messages as tickets and inquiries in the past 6 days but I have not gotten a response from them. Very unprofessional! It seems that once they get your money, they do not care after that. I will never buy from this site again. I still want my money back but I do not know how if customer service is not responding.

The quality of my recently purchsed wedding dress is very poor. I paid to have the train removed and it wasn't. It had dark black marks all over it and they had cut off some of the lace by mistake and just tacked on some more over the top to try to cover it up. I have asked for a refund, but although they admit the mistake, wont give me a refund. They have asked me to take it to my local Tailor to have their mistakes fixed at my expense! Poor materials, workmanship and service. I wouldn; t recommend them at all.
They will under no circumstances let you return goods... DONT BELIEVE THE SITE WHEN IT SAYS YOU CAN RETURN GOODS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE SENT INCORRECTLY. I bought a ball dress for my daughter and it was not a custom made order and they sent it incorrectly but refuse to offer any help... BEWARE!
I have not bougth any dresses from this site so I can't give any feedback about that as you others have but I bought a handbag, some wedding favors and a tiara cheap here and they came as orderd and they looked like the pictures so I am happy with them. But I don't think those item was made by them and therefor they couldn't ruin them.
Daughter fell in love with a dress on their website. Gave Daddy the puppy dog eyes and got permission to order it on the spot! We sent them her meaurements and paid extra for the custom alterations. She was so excited and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Tracked the package and it arrived on time. She ripped the package open and put the dress on only to be completely disappointed. The dress is very poor quality, the alterations are horrible and their cutomer service is even worse. After sending them repeated photos and requests for a return form, they keep insisting that we are measuring incorrectly and that I should take it to a local tailor. They offered to refund me 15%. What a joke. Do not order from this website - the old saying "if its too good to be true then it probably is" rings true here. Take my word for it. If I would have been smart enough to read some of these reviews, I would not be in this situation right now.
This company was absolutely awful for me. I ordered a beautiful dress more than three weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive BY yesterday. I emailed the company less than a week ago asking when it was supposed to arrive because I was worried it would not get here in time. They replied saying that my order was not even finished yet! After emailing back and forth, they told me that my order was completed and asked when I needed the dress by even though I had already told them twice I needed it by yesterday. I told them my event was in four days and I needed that dress as soon as possible. Then they told me my order was almost finished! I thought they had completed it but apparently they lied. I said that I wanted a refund of the shipping because I had paid to have expedited shipping and that was an absolute waste considering I have not received my dress.
Anyway, they emailed saying they would send it as soon as they finished it. I said that was all right and then they emailed me tonight telling me that my dress would not arrive by the event date and that they were cancelling my order. I had to run out and find a new dress tonight because I am busy every night until the night of the event!
I was most dissatisfied with their service, their organization, their dishonesty, and their complete lack of the concept of time. Do not buy from them especially if you order a custom made dress and if you email them, expect a less than honest answer. This experience was a nightmare and a headache and I will never ever order from JJs House again.
I order a pretty dress and the dress I received was a big disappointment. I wish I could upload pictures here so you guys could see what I mean. The skirt was supposed to have big rose-a-like shapes with the fabric, instead it seemed a rat nested on the skirt, had a million babies & fights in there and then the dress was shipped to me. When contacting customer service they were fast and polite in getting back to me, unfortunately they were unable to provide a good solution as they offered 25% of refund and I would have to pay for sending the dress back to China!

I wish there was a better way to warn people about this site. They over charged our PayPal account, the dress was NOT custome made for me, there was BLOOD STAINS on the dress, and the thing was falling apart before pulling it out of the box. This is the last thing a bride-to-be needs to deal with. They are unsympathetic to anything you say. It's sad that these people even exsist on this planet. Just pathetic.
Total BS... I order my dress a month ago and it still hasn't shipped, when I contacted them they said don't worry it will ship on the 10th of March (which was a Sunday). I used Paypal and they are putting the money back in my account. Stay Clear from this site!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
