This company is a scam! I ordered my mother-in-laws dress from here, and it was the wrong size and of extremely poor quality. The company's employers kept requesting picture after picture until they finally confirmed they were not responsible and would not issue a refund. We were 3 weeks before the wedding - no dress -- no refund - no options. This is not a legitimate company. Please void this vendor!

Don't be fooled by reviews on their own site, they only post good ones. Actual, honest, bad reviews are deleted, that's why there's none. I paid $ 370 for two dresses, they came in time but DHL taxes are extra $ 102! I paid to get the pkg, the moment I took the dresses out of the pkg I knew they're awful! Both are jammed in a plastic bag altogether, poorly made and ill-fitted. One dress is not even straight hanging down, uneven seams on sides and bottom cause it to bulge and twist. The other dress had very stiff fabric and rubbed on your skin! It was embarrassing to wear those dresses just to take some photos as evidence. And for special events? What a joke! After some long-winded discussion with their CS, they agree to issue some coupons, but in the value of $ 20 on each order. Which means I have to place multiple orders with them in future, and if they went bkrpt it'd be pure loss on my part. Their return address is in Hangzhou so it'd cost you $ 50 to send back. I'll return and walk away, NVR AGAIN with them!

WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL IF IN HURRY. Absolutly disgusted wasn't told about these silent charges of extra shipping prices I would have to pay after already paying £18.00 for shipping and then receiving a phone call off DHL courier services saying I need to pay a extra £22.67 which I was not at all made aware of. Supposed to have a 70% offer on dress which is blatantly non existent as now I will have ended up having to pay atleast £40 if not more in getting the dress sent to me. I have got in touch with the company complaining and requested a full refunf. Will see what happens from then on fingers crossed though as I have a wedding in less than 2 weeks!

JUST FOR UPDATE, (AFTER I FOUND MY POST AGAIN)
THEY WANTED TO OFFER ME SOME COUPON TO USE BUT THE COUPON CODE THEY OFFERED WAS EXPIRED SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE IT. I KNEW THAT THEY OFFERED IT AS CUSTOMER CARE MATTER, BUT USELESS ONE.

I ordered my engagement dress 3 wks before the day. It didnt arrive and lost somewhere. They did not refund. Still arguing with this company over 2 month.
I just ruined my day and had to wear something else I didnt want.
They said i have to deal with ups. Now i cant even trust they sent a dress or not.
Worst company worst service ever!

I had a custom made wedding gown but I added an inch & a half just to be sure it would fit & I'm glad I did because it fit pretty well & will only need minor alterations. I was impressed w/the quality. I'm glad it worked out after reading all the bad reviews. Maybe I just got lucky.

I researched this website before placing my order and there are far more bad reviews online than good, but I figured I would take a chance anyway because $300 is a loss I could recover from since my wedding is next year. I also ordered the dress in my current size even though I am on a weight loss plan because I figured it would be easier to alter the dress smaller than to have it be too small. Besides the fact that this will be my ceremony dress and I will have something a little more fitted and glitzy for the reception so I was not concerned. The dress is actually a little big to my surprise but I am not disappointed! The quality of fabrics and construction is very good and I received my dress in 13 days from the time I placed the order. I am very excited about the dress. It is amazing for the price I paid and am pleased to say that I will be ordering my bridesmaids gowns from JJ's House as well! My only advice to the skeptical buyer is to pay attention to the measurements before placing an order:

*Know your correct measurements
*Match the measurements/dimensions listed on the dress you like to your height, etc...

Most of these unhappy customers likely owe their disappointment to their own human error. Good luck!

Please don't risk your big days by getting your dress from these people. I paid too much for a dress which is so different to the one shown on the website. And they don't accept refund too! The quality is also awful. At the time of buying I was not told I'd have to pay the importation charges, tax, etc. myself. Now I have to throw the dress in the bin after paying too much money.

I ordered two dresses for my mother and in the photos the dress was under the knee and I received them no where near that length, it was literally covering half of her thigh. I even put my mothers measurements and her height and yet they didn't make the dress decent. I tried to contact them by number which was given to me by a fake live chat and I called and they didn't even pick up once. I left about 4 messages. I have given my email address and contact info 3 TIMES and yet I haven't got a email from them. The website doesn't have any way of us customers contacting them. Today they got rid of the live chat which was the only way any of us customers could talk to them. I hovered the mouse on the 'Live Chat' button and it turned into 'Leave a message' which was a link for us to give our contact info which I filled out 3 TIMES. The website also wrote 'contact customer service' which DIDN'T have a link or number on the page. I am really sick of this, this website is a scam and they are stealing our money and it is a rip off. They are ignoring us customers when we have problems. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS WEBSITE! IT IS ALL A SCAM!

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! BAD EXPERIENCE and obviously mine was not the first! It is a joke and perhaps a fraudulaent operation. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and when I finally received it, it was not the color as viewed but worse the hemline was not sewn evenly and was longer in the back than the front. When I e-mailed them to request to return the dress, they offered me a discount to keep the dress. When I insisted for reterun forms and instructions, they increased the discount. Finally they forwarde the return instructions, etc. via e-mail. I followed those perfectly and they now say they never received it. Being international, the USPS cannot track to destination. That's why they require you to use USPS. I have filed a dispute with my credit card, but they have taken it as far as they can and have to pay the vendor based on documentation. An expensive lesson, but I WANT EVERYONE TO NOT PURCHASE FROM JJsHOUSE.COM. BAD EXPERIENCE!

This has been a horrible experience. And we are still in the middle of it. We have ordered 5 dresses for 4 bridesmaids because one came in the wrong colour and they didnt care so we ordered another one hoping it would come in the right colour this time. Nope. Night and day. So we are having to get a seamstress to re-sew a dress for us. Only one dress came how we ordered it. 1/5. You want better ratings JJ's? Well we got one out of five so that's what you get.

Une amie vient de commander cette robe comme robe de bouquetière pour ma fille. Elle croyait commander la robe identique à la photo, mais à reçue une robe toute bordeau avec ruban et broderie bordeau. La compagnie JJ'SHouse ne veut rien faire pour elle. Nous avons dû payer un frais de douane de 70$ donc la robe nous revient à 237$ et ne pourra être portée et la compagnie ne veut pas nous l'échanger pour la robe blanche. Très déçu. Ils ne veulent rien faire pour nous aider ni remboursement, ni échange malgré que ce ne soit pas inscrit nul part aucun échange ou remboursement.

Je devais commander ma robe ici et je ne le ferai pas. La compagnie se vente d'avoir à coeur la satisfaction de leurs clients ce qui est complètement faux. Une fois encaissé notre argent ils se foutent de nous.

Pensez-y avant de commander ici.

Customer service does not exist on this website. I ordered a bridesmaid's dress but need to return it because the color clashes with the flower girl's dress. For a legitimate company this would be a piece of cake. Not with this company. No phone number to call them. Reading between the lines of the return policy it basically says that if something doesn't fit - too bad - you ordered that size so it should fit. Color wrong? Too bad! Their not responsible for the quality of your computer monitor. I can only assume this is a Chinese company because the dress came with a return address from China. The company does not operate as a legitimate U.S. or other nation's operation that cares about its customers. Stay away! I wish I had checked out this website before buying from them. Lesson learned!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a pair of dance shoes, paying extra for speedy delivery. They arrived - the heel height was 1 cm higher than that stated on their website, making them too high for me to dance in, and worse than that, the right shoe is a completely different size than the left shoes, making them unwearable. I have had numerous emails going to and from the site, and they are asking me to return the shoes, at my own cost! I have already paid out over £10 for import tax, and now I have to fork out a minimum of £15 to return them, but this cannot be tracked, and I don't trust the firm to sign for the package. If I return them tracked to China it will cost £49 and they are saying they will only refund me for the cost of the shoes being £32. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I wish I had done some research - I would NEVER have ordered from this site if I had read these reviews. I was under the impression that this site was USA and not china. Utterly disgraceful. They should be boycotted and put out of business.

I recieved my dress yesterday and it was amazing. It was exactly like the picture and the detail with the beads and lace was incredible. Its strange to see so many bad rewiews because i thought that everything went perfectly.

Has anyone with an issue had a successful return and reimbursement? I received a horribly made dress that is unwearable. I'm now in my third "inquiry" to request a return form. No phone number on the website? No direct way to contact without submitting an inquiry that will supposedly be answered in 24-hours? This website is a SCAM. I've never posted a customer review in my life but this "return" process is beyond ridiculous. Had I done some research and read a review like this I would not have placed an order.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I thought i had found the perfect outfit for my sons wedding. I paid £18 for delivery of the dress, then before it got to me i got a call to say it had been stopped by customs an di needed to pay another £26 before they would release it.
The dress eventually came and was nothing like the dress i ordered, it was very very poor quality, and it was falling apart at the seams.
I contacted the site, they offered me 30% refund, they didnt send any returns details, so was unable to return it.
I eventually got 40% refund which just about covered the postage, but i was still over a £100 out of pocket.
Would advise you not to buy from this company, they are corrupt!
