I used JibJab to create a FUN Birthday Greeting for my 17 year old Twin Grand daughters Birthday.

I used the support link on the website and filled out a form for a refund.
In less than an hour, I had a full refund and a helpful email.

JibJab have an amazing e-card service with fun cards to create online I am happy that they have a great back up service too when things go unintentionally wrong

I was so happy when JIbJab offered to help me create Father's Day videos for my students. I am a Special Education Teacher, and I was worried because I couldn't have my students make handmade gifts. We have been virtual for the past 3 months. I sent the videos out to all of the Dads today, and they absolutely loved it!

I paid for service and after if was auto renewed, I went online to cancel it. I was very pleasantly surprised that my refund was in my bank account that day, and the support staff cancelled the auto pay for me! Excellent! Thank you!
