No company is perfect, but this one listens to the customer and attempts to change what they can without breaking laws or the bank. It's worth making recommendations to them. They listen.
I love this website. I recently sent Monster Mash, an old favorite song for Halloween, to my relatives with their faces in hysterically funny poses in this program. It is absolutely hysterical! Can't stop laughing.

I've not heard of jib jab before as I live in the Uk however when my card was illegally used for their site with 1 small email with no more than my full name they were able to deal with the issue and issue a refund without any intrusive questions.
Perhaps its a cultural difference but this has to he some of the best customer service ive experienced in my life

I paid for the desktop app to realize i could not easily share e-cards on my mobile. The App worked great so I contacted JibJab to get a refund which cleared on my account 2 days later. Very happy customer, I was expecting a much longer process.

I have enjoyed using JibJab for a few years. It is easy to use and fun. However, I find that there aren't enough video cards, to choose from, that are 'family-friendly'. Many are a little too raunchy and crass for my taste, to be honest. I would gladly resubscribe if they created more video cards that I would feel comfortable in sending to my grandchildren and other family members. I was impressed though with how quickly they responded and refunded me... within an hour or so.
I signed up for JIibJab, then realized I wouldn't use it enough to keep the account. I processed for a refund around 1 AM on Sept 22nd. At 7 AM I had email that they approved my refund and when I saw it at 9 AM the money was already back in my PayPal account. It is nice to see a company stand behind their 30 day, no hassle refund policy. If the time ever comes, that I do need a service like this, JibJab will be my #1 choice.
On the website it says clearly $2 per month and only below it says that this will be charged on an annual basis upfront (i. E. $24). This is purposefully misleading. I signed up to send 1 card with the intention of cancelling after sending it, and only being charged $2 - but got charged the full $24. Technically this is not illegal, but will catch a lot of people out. More fool me.
I'm very impressed with the customer service that these fine people have to offer. Not only do they have a darling way of sending e-cards to people but knowing that they're there for their customers makes me say I will be a return customer year after year. In the short time I've been a member I just want everyone to know that you can't go wrong with JibJab. Positive in every way

I couldn't do a full subscription & I needed a refund. The JibJab team was kind, fast, efficient. They worked with me on refunding me right away and I appreciate there being no hassle.
Very easy to make a video by using own uploaded pictures, simple and user friendly. Great for having a laugh with family and friends, cuts down costs for cards and can send link to multiple people. Only given an average score as the email facility on share doesn't seem to be working effectively or may take longer to go through depending on the recipient provider. Will test it for the remaining year, enjoy!

JibJab offers outstanding service even when cancelling your account and requesting a full refund from an auto-pay I didn't remember. The whole process from request to refund took less than 10 minutes and was done in a professional but friendly manner. Well done JibJab and thank you.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
