Just wanted to say I joined up and made a Jib Jab card for my friends birthday and he loved it. Thanks again.

You cant download a video even after payed 18 DOLLARS for a ecards site. I they have a 30 day refurbished policy but is impossible to unsuscribe and get money back

Easy to do, great to enjoy with family and friends, we all enjoy the concept of the Jibjab. The variety of choices for all occasions. Happy do stuff

I used to LOVE JibJab... but something has changed and now I am finding it very hard to acccess and get my faces onto a card and get the faces in the correct places. Used to be able to make head large and cut down or add to the hairline... etc.

Have to send several times then they disapear? The person I sent them to cannot find them. After I send them I go on friends page on facebook right after I sen them and may be there, when they are there they some times are gone by morning

I didn't want to sign up for the trial but there was no choice. I went to logon and cancel and there is nowhere to do this!

The options of songs are great but there could be so many more. I thought all cards would have the option for face replacement.

It was fun and easy to set up my first card. The next time get the mouth just right! The trick is to find the right picture of the person to whom you are sending the card.

With all the variety in B-Day cards and videos to choose from -- I was able the find an excellent choice for this year's birthday JibJab action short. Other family members liked the result too.

The video doesn't embed and play automatically on facebook like youtube videos or personal fb videos. Clickthrough is required to watch the video, just like an advertisement. Not easily done for mobile users, which by the way, all of us are.

If I can't download and upload my own personalized jibjab videos with mine and my loved ones faces, I've wasted my money. I mean it, this really sucks.

I like the app. It's hilarious when I can get it to go through. There's always a problem sharing from the ap to FB. Other than that I'm satisfied with it.

Unique idea for creating and sending personalized cards. Most recipients really like them. Would like to see more of the Videos Starring You and more of them for kids.

The website is easy to use and such fun. I recommend it to everyone who has taste in real music. At last we have a site that has fun and choice for everyone and so friendly that you feel part of the music World.

Plenty of choice and easy to follow instructions. The whole experience was simple, fun and reliable.

Not very user friendly for smartphones. Saw no option for a one-time use. I will see if I use $18.00 worth of your service, but I doubt it.

I used it one time to send a birthday. Video to a friend. After that, every time i try it says time to pay again. Very disappointing

The card turned out very funny, we wanted to change a face but could not figure out how to change it once the card was made. The site is a little difficult to navigate as well.
