I sent a message to customer service and within an hour they had resolved my problem, sent an email and refunded my account! I have never had such a positive customer service experience.

I have used Jib Jab a couple of times but, did not feel I could afford to keep the service just for a use a couple of times per year. I requested a refund and within 12 hours, received a refund approval. Great service and a great experience!

Had some real fun with this site. Highly recommended for those of you with a sense of humour.

I bought a membership with JibJab. I made a couple of videos that turned out great. The next day the app was not working properly. I went thru all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing seemed to work. I contacted customer support and they quickly resolved my issue by issuing a full refund..

I recently sent an email to Jib Jab Customer Servic with a billing question. I received a response within a few hours with all the information i needed. I also received a follow-up email to make sure the issue was resoved!

I had clicked on an iphone app for jib jab and was surprised to see a charge against my account for $18.00 to jib jab a few days later. I immediately contacted Taylar at jib jab and my issue was dealt with in a timely manner. They issued me a refund. My family has been a fan of Jib Jab for years, so I was pleased to see this dealt with in a fair and timely manner.

Every once in awhile, a product delivers. JibJab does just this. I typically personalize with my friends's headshots when I make these cards. So hilarious! They are really funny and so easy to make! Highly recommend.

What fun JibJab is for people in other countries as well. Everyone raves about the Music Videos I send. A wonderful, brilliant way to "do something different,"

I had recently made a purchase that I didn't read properly. When I found the charge was more on my bank statement I went straight back to jibjab and made a request for a refund. They fully understood and gave me my refund back quickly.

Im having so much fun putting my grandchildren faces on the different songs and the grandchildren enjoy seeing themselves in videos.

Having asked for a cancellation of the automatic renewal also a refund within the 30 day agreement period the company gave a first class response within a very short time frame.

Fantastic company... hope to deal with them again when I can afford the yearly subscription. Give them a A+++++

It took 3 JibJab staff to find what I could not find. They were relentless! Info from about 7-8 yrs ago was needed to find my account. THEY did dig it up!

Heather was quick to resolve my issue with no fuss. Knew right away what my request was for and resolved quickly.

I have place a complaint, which was resolved swiftly by Heather who's professional and efficiant approach has saved my week!
I will be using JibJab definitely again to create a creative card for my friends and family.

I had technical problems to use jibjab probably due to my old smartphone! And they were very fast and kind to help me!
