I needed a refund and thought it was going to be a hassle but it was easy as pie thank you so much for your integrity.
I was auto charged for another year with JibJab. Since I no longer use the app, I requested a cancellation and a refund. I was treated courteously and a refund was issued immediately. I appreciate doing business with them.
Froze up. Could only use a card once and it wouldn't change pictures. Constant errors loading website. Reloaded, and reloaded until I finally gave up.
Too bad because it has the possibility of being great, if it worked.

Jib jab is a lot of fun and easy to use. Worth every penny. The variety is great and updates often. It's very easy to. Upload pics and add the mouth movements
I had a charge on my account from jib jab. I didn't know it was an automatic renewal. I contacted them & within an hour this was resolved with an impending refund. Very happy with the service I received.
I love jib jab, I've had it since the beginning and have had loads of silly fun. I recommend it for quick cards and customized videos for all occasions.
I literally just emailed someone about cancelling my account and it was done and refunded within 5 minutes. Seriously great customer service.

I just used JibJab for the first time since the changes went into effect. More than very disappointed. It's never been the friendliest of sites, but the effort used to be worth it. I needed to add 3 new heads, but could never manipulate them properly, so gave that up for the moment and decided to send another card for which I had heads. As disappointing as that was, the # of message characters have been shortened from 144 to 50! It's barely enough to say "Have and Happy Birthday with many more to follow!" How boring is that? In addition, for the first time, the scheduled delivery of cards has not yet taken place. I'm thinking of not renewing my subscription. Have enjoyed using Jib Jab almost 5 years. Now? Again, very disappointed.
Didn't like the fact that the "Auto-Pay" policy was unclear BUT... When I contacted them they immediately resolved and refunded my $$.

I contacted jib jab customer support to help me with canceling my account since I wasn't using the app anymore. Thought I wouldn't hear from them for days since it was through email. Well, Danielle responded pretty quick and my issue was resolved. This is how is should be. Thanks jib jab.

JibJab have the best customer service policy and team I've ever experienced from any company I've ever come across. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and was automatically debited. Danielle was able to track down my account cancel the subscription and refund the debit. Had a similar situation with Sony and PlayStation and was told too bad read the terms and conditions. Sony could learn a thing or two from JibJab.
I have enjoyed making personalized videos for all occasions and sending them to my family and friends for several years. I also enjoy receiving them. Usually when I send one the recipient would also start using Jibjab. It's so easy to use and fun for holidays too!

You found yourself a funny ecard, slice your friends heads out, and you all had a big laugh. Oh it was hysterical.
So I wanted to this some years later, for the sake of pure nostalgia.
And what do I find? About 15 seconds in the video goes blurry and a text tells you that you have to be a member to watch the whole thing. Pay money now please.
Wtf? That is pretty $#*!ing ridiculous. How greedy can you people get? It's a one time use for 2 minutes. Come on!
I cancelled my subscription in 2014 and heard nothing until they charged me out of nowhere $18 in 2017. Now I have to waste time trying to reclaim this false charge. Wish I'd never given them my bank details back in 2014.

My review is simi frustrated though because when I try to use the group cards it messes up and switchs the faces all around so it makes all those cards useless to me! Grrr...
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
