I used to love jib jab but since the latest update I am really disappointed.
When making the heads now you can no longer adjust the mouth, before it had a try button so you could see if the placement was correct but now you have to go back and remake the head.
I find I can no longer share on Facebook, never used to be a problem and the amount of lettering for the message has been shortened.
Its a real shame, I used to love playing about on here but I'm now thinking of canceling my subscription.
When I bought Jibjab it worked fine for couple months, every since it will not connect to Facebook now their for I can not make any new cards! The change was not on my device, so what happened!
I love the convenience of setting up sending these cute cards to my family, all for the yearly subscription. I do not like that I cannot edit my heads more in the newest program. It seriously reduces the quality of the final product, does not enable tweeking it to look less awkward and unflattering. I also don't like some of the content, but I can bypass that for what seems more wholesome & humorous to me - more of that would be nice. Nevertheless, I will keep using this service.

I really enjoy the JibJab e-cards. Everyone that I send an e-card tell me that I'm crazy and it made them laugh. They also want to know how I did it. Hilariously gut busting cards. The customer service is wonderful also. Quick response and problem solving.
I paid for a year's subscription to JibJab and decided to cancel. I can honestly say this is the first time an online company got back to me and resolved everything before I had a chance to respond. Everything was handled within hours. It really confirmed the company puts their clients first.

I used Jib jab for a long time, only cancelled as I now have Samsung phone, I had already paid my subscription, so contacted support and they refunded me straight away, no questions asked,. As soon as they get the android version sorted, I will definitely be back, as the app is excellent for sending bday, Xmas and other eCards and greetings with fun videos. Everyone I sent it to. Loved it and also wanted to download the app too, hurry and get the android version done, and keep it up, great stuff guys. Karl
I have paid and have found that my videos show a thick black smile line. I sent an email asking how to get rid of it and was told there will be a black line on cards with stationary mouths. I sent a card with a moving mouth and the black line was there too. Apparently those answering emails are not familiar with the product. Also, the website says a black line will appear if a person doesn't subscribe. I paid and it's still there. Not happy!

I wasn't aware that I signed up for a yearly membership until I saw the amount debited from my bank account. I submitted an online refund request and was contacted the next day by email stating my refund had been issued. Very prompt and professional response!
Ordered by mistake and was immediately refunded. Trusted organization. I would recommend purchasing their products if it fit your needs. If you are not satisfied with their product no problem with refund.
I only subscribed for my grandchildren, whom I was visiting for 1 week. We would make a few videos and then email them to myself for future viewing. There were not many choices suitable for small children. When we tried to load them to rewatch them they would not load and there was a message saying there was a problem on Jibjab's site. Many of the videos have since disappeared... this was 8/4/17... when we made them. I am now back from Florida and the opportunity is gone for more memories.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
