Still a good product but I am a little disappointed. A friend sent me a jibjab card a few years ago. It was innovative for that time. I think your technology has stalled. It's too rigid. Let people insert their own title/purpose to the card. Allow people to add or subtract characters in the dance/music cards.
My membership lapsed and I renewed it, but I was disappointed to see very very few new cards without the "your face here" thing. I don't like that style card, but all the rest seem to be the same ones for few years now. Could you get some new funny ones without the face thing?

I joined and built two cards - then the site went down. Had tons of trouble getting the site to come back up and when it did, my cards were not working properly and I had to rebuild them. Before the site went down, I found it more user friendly, with some options that now seem to be missing. Kind of disappointed in my experience.
I'm going to cancel the membership. What have you done to ruin JibJab? It used to be a much better experience.
Was so excited to send my 89 year old mother a unique greeting for her birthday and it was a big let down. I will keep trying to figure out the problem. I just didn't realize there would/ could be a problem.

I produced a birthday e-card for my partner and scheduled it to be delivered the next day on his birthday via email. However, he never received it. The links to the e-card that I received within the e-card confirmation email also didn't work (took me to an "error" JibJab page). I ultimately had to show the e-card to him via my laptop through my user-profile page, which was far from ideal...
Enjoyed using your site to send a birthday card. It was fun to make and the recipient found it funny and enjoyable. Keep giving us new choices to send.

My wife loved the videos I sent, I sent many and had allot of different people in them, we all laughed for hours...
I have repeatedly requested help and have not received any. Im unable to make any ecards to date. I paid for a 1 year subscription. I have already missed some very important bdays and am disappointed now. Please rectify the situation for me asap. And I also want to be taken off the renewal membership so I dont have to pay again. I made my family laugh when I sent a picture of myself doing 'Get Jiggy'. It's very easy to use and super funny.
My husband loved his birthday card, but I could not go back and show it to my children. Will use again, just wish I could go back and see the following day/share the card with friends.
I have nothing but a great experience with JibJab! I am able to send out some great cards to all my amazing friends and family! Highly recommended!
I have been a member of JIBJAB for soooo long, but, this friendship must come to an end. The newly revamped website sucks and is not user friendly! You cannot eve check the mouth before you finalize your head. If you mad the mouth opening too wide, you have to start from the beginning! I just renewed and am now asking for a refund!
It was easy I thought I would have a hard time with it but I found the picture made my card my grand daughter loved it! And turned out great! Thanks
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
